“So. I’m Brian. I go by Bear. I’m a Grow Financial Member and I need to personally recognize a New Associate to The Bloomingdale Location in. Valrico Fl. So. What had happened was: I am disabled. I get a certain amount from my SSD each month and to be fair and transparent, I struggle. When I first started my account with Grow I was Delighted to find Jeanette as she was so patient, understanding, empathetic and just plain helpful in every aspect of my account status!!! Well. She has since retired. Now not to say that I don’t get the upmost respect and extraordinary service from all the associates at This Bloomingdale Location but I need to recognize Adrianne!! As I honked into the Grow I was not expecting to get the service I received due to mg very limited budget each month. I almost always miss a step or forget a bill or do something not so bright. I blame it on my 4 strokes. lol. Well I signed in to speak with a loan officer about a possible increase on my credit line. Adrianna must have noticed from behind the counter that I was not excited nor encouraged to be there Adrianna came out from behind the counter and y me and very empathetically asked what was going on and how show could help. When I tell you Adrianna went above and beyond is an understatement!!!! Adrianna you were so kind , encouraging, forthcoming and did not miss a beat. The knowledge of what I should and could do were spot on!!! She not only helped with my situation, she gave me Hope!! I know it’s a long read but she is with as much time as I can give!!! Exceptional service and professionalism Adrianna!!!! Without your expertise today I would be in a pretty ad position. But. I’m in a great position due to your expertise and guidance!!!! AWESOME!!!! The Bear!!”

“I see a number of negative reviews here… but I actually had an excellent experience at this TD bank. I was first greeted by Maya who seems like the happiest, most patient person I’ve ever seen. She didn’t even help me I just watched her interact with other customers and she was so kind and courteous and just so personable. Anyone with that keeps that personality in a public facing job deserves to be protected at all costs.
I waited maybe 5 minutes before Kim was able to take me to her office to help me with my somewhat complicated issue. (I will say I got there before the rush apparently… it got BUSY…. I do think there are NOT enough employees on the floor for this busy of an area… even if it’s the weekend. There should be more tellers in there.) all that being said, my own personal experience was a positive one. Kim went above and beyond what most others would do in order to help me solve my issue right then and there. I won’t go into the details of my issue, but she was very kind and helpful, and ultimately solved my problem. There was a certain rule in place due to the nature of my account, but she understood the situation and made an exception for me. I found her knowledgeable, kind, willing to help with an issue with multiple parts… just all over a great experience. I was very pleased.”

“I was loyal to another bank for 20+ years and could no longer deal with their declining service so I looked around and chose this bank to open a new account. So far I am happy with what I've seen and the service I've received. I also appreciate how they treated every person with great care no matter color, age, gender, etc. So far I am happy with the change in banking. Colleen was really fun, attentive and detailed the entire interaction opening my new account and made it easy-breezy. “They keep my money in a safe and they have lots of electronic and physical barriers to protect my money and the staff there is friendly about it, but they won’t let me in the safe to hold my money, but they’ll give me a little portions of it when I ask through this window thing and then sometimes I even give them checks if they’re able to take care of those two I’m sure I’ve heard this before from my friend. I think it was Coral who told me that if you want them to wire money they can and I’m not quite sure what wiring money means but I’m glad that they can do it.”

“Staff and management are always great! Have been using them for the business for about 4 years. Never a banking issue. Here's what I dislike. The tellers are limited. 9/10 times, you're waiting upwards of 20 minutes to make your transactions. They took away the drive up teller and the night/bag deposit which really slows people down. At any given time, you may walk in and there are 5-7 people in line for one teller, meanwhile the manager and bankers in the offices are not always busy but don't step in and help clear the lobby. I understand there are limitations being that it's money and everyone has to be accounted for who dips into the tills, but something can be done I'm sure. Other than that, the same smudges and pen marks have been on the counters and windows for too long. No one cleans the areas that people are touching and leaning on as well as the curbscape out front. I still give 5 stars for service.”
