“Nice shop here. Called a few places before setting out, I'm on foot currently, this was on my way today and they had my pods. I'll likely be a regular while living in the area.”

“Jennifer was extremely polite and helpful in answering all of our questions. It's so nice to know that I have a trusted, local kratom vendor. This will now be my vendor!”

“The chick with the glasses is really nice but the chick with the tattoos is kinda rude. Second time I came in and she has made it a point to speak to the person that comes in after me, and when I commented on it she had a nasty attitude as if I was asking her something that was out of bounds. If you have a customer facing job, you should probably be ok with being at least decent to customers. I’d hate to think that the reason she didn’t speak to me is because I’m a big black guy and the person directly after was a blonde haired white girl. Anywho, the chick with the glasses is a sweetheart she deserves a raise!”

“Another local favorite. Huge selection of cigars, comfortable seating, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Met the owner Alex. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and trusted him to recommend some smokes I hadn't tried before. He did not disappoint. He is also promoting his own brand of cigars. I can't lie, they were pretty awesome to smoke. Definitely looking forward to going back there. If you are reading this, then you should go there too!”

“I had such a great experience at 1 Stop Shop! They have a huge selection, the store is clean and well organized, and the prices are great. What really made my visit stand out was Kerri. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend stopping in if you’re looking for a smoke shop with amazing service!”

“I’ve lived in this area for about 20 years, and I’m really glad we finally have a store like Total Wine & More nearby. The selection is excellent — there’s a huge variety of wine, spirits, beer, and plenty of products you simply don’t find in most regular liquor stores. The store is large, clean, well organized, and it’s usually easy to find what you already know you’re looking for. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is the customer service when it comes to discovering something new. With such a massive selection, sometimes you really need someone knowledgeable to recommend a bottle, explain the differences, or help you choose something based on your taste and budget. In my experience, employees haven’t always been very proactive about offering that kind of help. It would make a big difference, especially for customers who want to try something they’ve never bought before. Other than that, I’m very happy this store opened in our area. Great selection, convenient location, and overall a very good place to shop. With a little more hands-on customer assistance, it would easily be a five-star store.”
