“Nice shop here. Called a few places before setting out, I'm on foot currently, this was on my way today and they had my pods. I'll likely be a regular while living in the area.”

“Happened to come into The Bay because of some car problems and had to wait for a tow. I was welcomed warmly within seconds of walking in and she was kind enough to listen to my saga for the morning LOL. After all that she made me one of the most delicious iced coffees I've ever had. I don't even really know what was in it, but it was fabulous. I didn't try the kava because it was not advised since I had not eaten yet today. If I didn't live in Lakeland and lived closer I would be here regularly. Thank you for being an oasis in my otherwise hellish morning. Has a great vibe and there is coffee and tea as well for people who are not interested in the kava, so there are no excuses not to stop in. 😂”

“Best prices around, best customer service hands down. I had a million questions and every one was answered with patience. Great selection. This place is way better than any similar place in the area. Dope artwork for sale, concentrate/flower access. In the back. Literally a one stop shop for all your needs. Has been my go to and wil be my go to for life!”

“I work in the area. This is my second time coming here. Greeted by Julia. She was very helpful and friendly. Also scored a really good deal on 2 dispo. She gifted me with sample product. This place is super awesome for the service and people. This will be my go to spot just for that fact they have pretty much everything you need there and the great service!”

“Shelby was amazing at her job, she really takes care of her regulars and keeps us all coming back. She is really great at making drinks and once you come to moon mountain once you'll be hooked. She is by far one of my top faves at this place. Thank you for your patronage Ms. Kavatender”

“Had no idea these guys were in the area, but I’m so glad they are. Nelson and John were amazing. For my first time visiting there was a nice discount. They gave me so much information and showed enthusiasm about their work. The bud is organic and does exactly what I needed! I’ll definitely be back.”

“The chick with the glasses is really nice but the chick with the tattoos is kinda rude. Second time I came in and she has made it a point to speak to the person that comes in after me, and when I commented on it she had a nasty attitude as if I was asking her something that was out of bounds. If you have a customer facing job, you should probably be ok with being at least decent to customers. I’d hate to think that the reason she didn’t speak to me is because I’m a big black guy and the person directly after was a blonde haired white girl. Anywho, the chick with the glasses is a sweetheart she deserves a raise!”

“I had such a great experience at 1 Stop Shop! They have a huge selection, the store is clean and well organized, and the prices are great. What really made my visit stand out was Kerri. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend stopping in if you’re looking for a smoke shop with amazing service!”
