“Michael at this T-Mobile location is the reason I still have a working phone! It stopped charging yesterday and I came in expecting the worst. He spotted debris in the charging port right away and had it fixed in no time, no replacement needed.
Beyond solving the problem quickly, Michael was genuinely kind and made the whole experience stress-free. He went above and beyond when he didn't have to, and that kind of service is worth calling out. Ryan was great too! He helped my son find a hard to find screen protector for his phone. Five stars!”

“This T-Mobile location at Sam’s Club is absolutely amazing. Abby was absolutely amazing as was RICHELLE, MIKE, and Gerald. They made the phone buying experience a fun one they were completely transparent and up front about the whole process, me and my wife ordered two iPhone 17 pro max phones and they were delivered right to the house as promised.Abby was so fun to deal with as were the rest of the staff. We received our phones and set them up with ease. The whole staff said when we got the phones we could bring them in for setup if needed. I mean what a helpful amazing staff with such knowledge of the equipment and service. I wanna personally thank the staff at T-Mobile Sam’s Club for all the help and laughs during the process..”

“Honestly not sure why this specific location has such low ratings. My family has been with Verizon for a 10+ years, and this was my first time going into this store specifically. We were greeted immediately at the front door, and checked in. We were greeted by Josh, who was extremely knowledgeable and the best help I've had hands down. He worked every corner for me and my girlfriend, to get me setup with a brand new phone for free, and turned tables with the store manager to get us a free iPad with the new and upcoming deals. Josh and Danielle were of great service.”
