He was very understanding and was very helpful he even set up HBO. I can’t say enough great things about this young man. We came for 2 devices but left with 3. “Went in yesterday after some issues switching over from a different cell carrier online. Location is clean, modern and very well arranged, similar to the typical Apple store in a mall. Mark was tremendously helpful, even going so far as to stay late to get things ironed out and to ensure that I walked out with a fantastic trade in and operational line! “I was having an issue with transferring my phone from another provider. At first I went to the store in Spring Hill and was very discouraged as the person working refused to even look at my phone. I ended up going to the Brooksville location as a last ditch effort and I'm glad that I did. Brianna spent three hours tirelessly trying to troubleshoot the issue and did not stop until the problem was resolved. She was so friendly and professional. Give this girl and raise. <3”
“On a rainy day, my son and I decided to go to this Target location to do some shopping. When we entered the store we were met with the smell of Starbucks coffee brewing nearby. They have a small Starbucks cafe inside it that's really nice to visit prior to shopping. Another thing I made note of was the $5 section of goods that's conveniently located as you enter. It has a ton of items that you likely needed but, didn't know you did. I particularly liked the small planters and the organizational tools they had here. From that point on it was pretty standard, as far as Targets go. It's always enjoyable for us to browse the home goods section. Target is known for its modern and stylish pillows and various trinkets that help to round out your particular decorating style. This Target was clean and well organized. I removed one star because while we were there we had a difficult time finding an associate for us to speak to. Other than that, I think you'll like coming to this location. Recommended”

“Honestly not sure why this specific location has such low ratings. My family has been with Verizon for a 10+ years, and this was my first time going into this store specifically. We were greeted immediately at the front door, and checked in. We were greeted by Josh, who was extremely knowledgeable and the best help I've had hands down. He worked every corner for me and my girlfriend, to get me setup with a brand new phone for free, and turned tables with the store manager to get us a free iPad with the new and upcoming deals. Josh and Danielle were of great service.”
“I feel silly reviewing a Wal-Mart but we all know they are not created equal. I wish they were. This one is clean and organized. They even stalk items I wished the Wal-Mart in Englewood Florida would. Englewood is my home town and lacks the selection this one has. Silly item? Torino's Pizza. This location has Hamburger Pizza. Not one in Charlotte, Lee, or Collier do. I pop in and out of Wal-Marts when I travel to see if they do and if they do, I have my cooler ready and we buy what they have. The kids like them. No, our children are not overweight, but we let them enjoy this snack because they are so active and darn skinny. Sure, I eat them too, but just the Hamburger one. The staff also seemed very helpful. Thanks Wal-Mart Brooksville.”
