“Went to Metro to get replacement phone for my daughter's phone she broke which is never fun, but the manager Matt and the new trainee Xavier were so helpful and wonderful. I walked away with more than I needed and they did everything they could to give me a great price with extra fixings. These guys are great and I will always come back.”
“They helped me out tremendously I brought in my new phone. But ever time I switch phone I lose all my contacts, text, notes,and photos. But they sat there with me and help me transfer all 9,000 of my photos, and my Gmail accounts and all my notes.
I was worried I wouldn't be able to keep everything but Julio help me and sat through the whole 2 hours + process and I am be on thankful. Made switching phone so easy and I am so grateful.”

Kelcey is the reason I will do business with Aarons again. Im only leaving the original review up for a week so people can refer to it. Obviously sometimes you just need to find the right employee. I believe Kelcey will keep her word. I recommend her for problem solving and I have had my eye on another product so I look forward to working with Kelcey once this issue is resolved. Understand that Kelcey had nothing to do with anything related to my issue but she got me answers and updates less than 24hours. Thank you Kelcey.”

“I come in with my kids quite regularly now I had the most pleasant interaction with ms Kara I believe she’s management or a higher up , but non the less such a great person in general extremely helpful my3 kids being kids and all hyped was all over I know she’s a mom she didn’t just make a scene causing more embarrassment she came over to fountain drinks and politely assisted me and gently calmed my kids I was all ready loosing my mind and she had the most wonderful smile and she was making me smile
After that I have made it my priority to come to this 7-11
