“I was at this 7-Eleven in Brooksville on Cortez Boulevard and Nightwalker today anout 4:45 pm and I really wanted to take a moment to recognize something I don't see very often. I stopped in to get a drink and noticed there was a very long line with only one employee working, Jessie. You would think that would be a stressful situation for everyone for how long the line was but I was genuinely impressed by what I saw. A huge shout-out to Jessie! Despite having a long line of customers and handling everything alone, Jessie remained completely calm, professional, and polite. There was no outward frustration or stress, just great customer service and a steady attitude while taking care of everyone. What impressed me just as much was the customers. Not one person in that long line complained, became rude, or gave Jessie a hard time. It was just silent. One customer going after the next. Everyone was patient and respectful. I've been in plenty of gas stations and stores with long lines, and I honestly can't remember seeing a situation handled this well by both the employee and the customers. This was only about the second time I've been to this particular 7-Eleven, but today's experience definitely stood out to me. Big shout-out to Jessie for doing an amazing job, and to every customer who was standing in that line today for showing patience, kindness, and respect. It was really nice to see people treating each other that way. ❤”

“I just spent 12 minutes on the phone with an employee Kelcey from Aarons. Because of her efforts and professionalism and her willingness to make sure all my concerns were addressed. Kelcey is the reason I will do business with Aarons again. Im only leaving the original review up for a week so people can refer to it. Obviously sometimes you just need to find the right employee. I believe Kelcey will keep her word. I recommend her for problem solving and I have had my eye on another product so I look forward to working with Kelcey once this issue is resolved. Understand that Kelcey had nothing to do with anything related to my issue but she got me answers and updates less than 24hours. Thank you Kelcey.”

“Rosann ( did I get it right?) , Filipina girl was awesome, she fought for me (literally) over the phone every single department till I got back my credits and restore my account, WAO..you can hear her over the phone like a lioness 🤣 protecting me from my broken English and a glitch in the system. T mobile you better keep her (a raise maybe ?) T mobile and Verizon are so equitable that she made the difference on me switching. Thanks again girl... GO SPRING HILL!”

“The most hardworking and helpful group of professionals I've had the privilege of interacting with management needs pay attention to those who improve the experience of the everyday customers. Walgreens needs to do better as a company to support the employees as a whole and make it a desirable work environment those that you continue to over look are your best assets to your company & customers. Pay attention management when you loose good employees who make you feel acknowledge as a person with concerns and questions you in turn loose those customers who enjoy the feel of all of those comforts of your local business”

They had a decent selection of sizes available on the clothing department. They also have self-checkout and the associate monitoring the area was very professional and helpful.”
