He toke the time and explained all that I needed to do. He was willing to help me after closing but I came back the next day for transferring stuff from my old phone. “Great location, large parking lot, only one entrance/exit to the store. I visited the day after Christmas and it was fairly in order and organized. I was able to go in, grab what I needed and leave. They had a decent selection of sizes available on the clothing department. They also have self-checkout and the associate monitoring the area was very professional and helpful.”

“So I had a problem with customer service through the my metro app and long story short I had to drive to the store on 4 corners and the best employee metro PCS had hands down is a gentleman named Romero he went above and beyond and completely saved the day for my wife and I. His professionalism is a perfect 10 he took what was a big problem that the corporate office made for my wife and I and made it not onl back to what my original plan was but got both me and my wife unlimited plans at the price the let's say the (PERSON) at the corporate office promised me it would be then fell back on that promise. Romero made it happen because he knows his job and with out a doubt made it happen and so with that THANK YOU SO MUCH ROMERO . You should be promoted asap.”

“Manager is very nice. I was over charged for American Spirit Cigarettes, shelf said it was 7.69 pack when buying two packs. Regular price is 9.10. should have gotten 2.81 off and only received 1.54 off. There is an error in their pricing system. She refunded 1.28 and was very nice about it.”

It was ice cold and in this heat was a welcome addition. Store was neatly arranged and has a comfortable atmosphere compared to other stores. I was treated well and on a holiday weekend at that. No rushing, no pushing, and payments are well within what I expected. A special thanks to Rafael and everyone there for making my first experience a great one.
