“We have been using Jumper Creek Vet, for many years, with many fur babies. They have been with us with our new additions to our families, and when we needed to say good bye to some of our fur babies, through emergencies and routine vet care always with kind, caring, compassionate hearts. There has been very minimal staff turnover, which in my opinion says a lot about the practice and the management. You and your pets always feel welcome and leave feeling confident in the care and treatment received. Thank you for all the continued years of care to our fur babies Dr. Yates, Kristen, Alyssa, Lindsey, Mary,Vanessa, I know I am missing a few other amazing staff, these are ones that just really stick out to me from all the care and compassion they have shown all the members of our family . ?”

“Comfortable atmosphere. Took dog in as new patient that is a dog aggressive dog (who's not real friendly when in a over stimulated sensory to other pets). The staff were very friendly. My Dog responded well with the Dr. He was honest and fair. Could have rung up unnecessary test. (Like so many) Honorably he did not!!”

“We've taken many of our cats to this vet. They listen to what you tell them is going on with your pet and then they work diligently with care and kindness to try and figure out what is going on and to come up with a treatment plan. They will also work within your budget if you have those concerns. I have been to vets that cost less and vets that cost waaaay more. They seem to be about average when it comes to cost. One last thing, should you lose a pet, they are so supportive during that time. I was surprised to receive a card in the mail after we lost my buddy, "Billy Badass". Every staff member not only signed the card but also included a personal message. That really meant the world to us. I would recommend this vet to anyone looking for a great team of people that will care for your special friends.”

“Our 19 year old cat was failing. She had been diagnosed with stage 4 kidney disease the year before. Planned Pethood Cares showed compassion and professionalism as they helped her cross rainbow bridge. They waived the vet fee and only charged me for euthalization and cremation. About $240 less than her regular Vet. So happy to find them! The techs thanked me for taking care of her for 19 years. To my surprise a couple of weeks later I received a sympathy card from them! Top notch!”
