Chris and Charlie went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed — chlorine and a round hay barrel. They not only made sure I had everything but also personally helped load the items into my vehicle. When they ran into a small issue unloading the hay from the trailer, they worked quickly and made sure I didn’t have to wait long. “I will say I’m beyond words on how this tool center runs. I rented a walk behind concrete saw from the Orange Park location. Please stay away from wells rd. As a contractor we spend almost 300k year with Home Depot. The blade orange park let the machine leave with wasn’t tight, was dull. They wanted me to take it all the way back to swap blade and everything. Well I couldn’t take it across town from the job site and leave 4 laborers behind and pay them to sit there. So I loaded it up and took it to the lem turner store. Mr John greeted us and said he’d be with us in a minute. I explained the situation to him and he was baffled in condition the saw left in from another store. We had to purchase a new blade outta pocket. But Mr John made a few phone calls and made it right. He changed the blade for us and verified everything else was good with it. We go back to the job site and got 5 feet cut and the saw took a dump. So we went back to lem turner and rented a handheld concrete saw. John made it right. And during the return to bring saw back Ms Jada was absolutely amazing. She was fast courteous and on point. She asks if there were any concerns about the equipment before it got re rented and she asked if she could assist us with anything else. Between John & Jada this Home Depot has landed my new tool rental from this point forward . Thank you John & Jada for going above and beyond with customer service skill.”
