“Purchased a $400 X2 Marine Battery with a 4-year warranty. After two months the battery has 2 volts and can't be recharged. The only thing on it was a bilge pump that has probably run one time in the last month if that. Was told the warranty isn't valid and I can come in to purchase a new one. Will be talking with the manager tomorrow and will repost if things change for the better...not holding my breath. I had a pleasant conversation with Peter the Store Manager and he is trying his best to remedy the situation. More to come...The store manager is going to replace the battery under warranty. Very happy with the result and appreciate them understanding the situation and taking action to resolve the issue with the customer in mind.”

“The service here was amazing. I had a flat tire and needed a battery pump to put air in the tire so I could take it to the shop down the road. They didn’t have this particular item so the gentleman at the service desk let me borrow his. I was able to get my tire inflated and repaired and return his pump within the hour. He went above and beyond and my day was salvaged due to his kindness. Strongly recommend this place to anyone in need of service parts or a helping hand.”
