“Highly recommend! I've been to the other bike store in CC and when I brought my bike in for a flat tire they tried to sell me a bike. Many years ago I bought a bicycle from Paradise Bicycles and always felt no pressure. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They didn't try to sell me anything other than what I went in for. Fast forward to a recent trip in to Paradise for a broken spoke. It started with a pleasant and friendly phone call with Brett, which brought me in for the repair. After some common sense on my part I realized that new rims were in order. Riding 15-20 about 4-5 days per week led to my black spokes rusting. So at $2 a spoke x 36 made sense to replace the rim. Plus the bike already had some age to it. Arsenio, the mechanic, explained to me about my choices. He even allowed me to look at the computer while he was explaining. I could clearly see what states had the rims in stock and which didn't. He never tried to upsell me or b******* me. He actually made me feel very comfortable. I ordered new rims for front and back. Which came in a day early. He was kind enough to rotate my tires as well for no extra charge. Going above and beyond. Because we all know it's the little things that matter. When I got home I put my bike on the trainer. That's how I store it standing with no kick stand. Well, the skewer didn't fit. I called the store and they said no problem, just bring in the trainer and we'll find a skewer that fits. These guys have lots of patience! With a whole drawer full they found one that fit best. So my whole experience with Brett and Arsenio was fantastic!! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new bike or work done. Great job guys!! Keep up the good work.”
