“Mark was terrific and very friendly. I brought my E-bike in to get a few broken spokes replaced. He was fast and efficient and the bike has never rolled so effortlessly - it's like I'm always going downhill, don't need to use the E. The only drawback is that it is much less of a workout - I guess I just have to spend even more time pedaling.”

“Thank you so much guys for working with Trek to get my son's bike brakes fixed. Mr. Perez and Zach were awesome at getting the situation fixed right the first time and a lot faster than expected. This type of customer service will have me on a Trek for my next bike.”
“Really got me and my wife out of a pinch. Came here to visit her mom and dad and wanted to bring our bikes. We got a flat while we were out riding. They got us in same day and we were out the door in 15 minutes with new tubes on her bike. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Cant recommend enough. 10/10”
