“The cashier Pauleetta, she is a nice person but man she is really, really, Really slow! Besides that, the Walmart is very clean! I mostly come in here at night because I live next door and they are doing their nightly restock and this one kid seemed like her really didn't ant to be there. He had headphones in his ears and he seen I was trying to get to the yogurt and he just watched me struggle trying to get past all the stuff that was blocking the yogurt. Bruce really helped me a lot! I knew that you can't use WIC at the self checkout so I asked him would he be able to help me in which he did. He was super nice”

“I have came to this five below a couple of times and definitely my favorite location! Now i only have been a few times but every-time i came staff were always nice and helpful. They seemed more organized and clean than other locations which is amazing! Although, there were definitely things not labeled with a price or were displayed with the wrong price. I have not encountered any issues at this location and i am very happy to have found a good five below. Items are definitely on the cheaper side, but for under $10 you cant beat it! There are definitely items that are horrible quality... i can tell which is why i do not purchase them. I have bought lots of posters here which were overall good quality and very cute! I also bought a strawberry shortcake pillow which was SO SO SO soft and adorable! This is an amazing location and they have many cute things! Yeah, not the best quality but.. so grateful they are organized and clean! Definitely will be coming back!”

“This target is a "Super Target" meaning it has a full grocery section in addition to Target. There are two targets in Cape Coral this one and the one off Santa Barbara Blvd, which I live only 3 minutes away from- but I'll always choose this one over the other. This Targets employee's are a lot nicer and don't make you feel...unwanted nor are they pushy and in your face with "customer service". I used to work for Shipt doing grocery shopping and would frequently shop this store, they treated me no different as a shopper or customer. I'm sure anyone else who has done Shipt shopping knows some stores are very rude about you being a shopper.The customer service department is always helpful when making a return, I've never ever had them be rude about a return or complicate the process for the most part. I had a time period after having my daughter that I was having to return a lot of the wrong sized diapers and they were very kind about it. This Target is very well stocked and maintained, if you're looking for a "new" item like new toy releases or Funko Pops this Target is your best bet out of the two in Cape.Only negative is I've only ordered store pickup/drive up a handful of times here and each time one or more of my items isn't actually in stock and gets cancelled- but I realize that's not necessarily Targets fault.Overall: best Target in the area!”

“If you're in the area looking to shop at a Burlington this is the store you want to shop at. Every employee that I interacted with had wonderful customer service skills. Great job on management part.”
“I really like this store compared to others around the area. What they could work on is their carts. Either they can change them out or get them cleaned.. the store is normally kept neat and organized. Sometimes it might be super busy without enough cashiers so I haven’t visited them as much as I use to.. but this is one of the better stores.”

“Nicole, today on February 22, 2026 at 2 o’clock-ish Nicole completely went out of her way to figure out my return. I was so impressed by Nicole three other store associates tried, and Nicole’s came in and saved the day. She figured it out with professionalism and politeness so impressed by Nicole. “I always am able to find everything that I am shopping for at this Walmart store. It’s not the cleanest store but it’s got everything I need and I can usually get in there and get out quickly so I have more time with my family.”
“Did not see the lady's name, but she helped us tonight at the customer service counter at Cape Coral Target. We grabbed a food processor with an online price that did not reflect at the register. She very cheerfully said she could help us and did that quickly and is very good at customer service tonight. I don't leave reviews often, but usually when something is very bad or very good then I want to acknowledge it. Thank you for your help and your smile and making the price on the food processor what we had hoped for.”
“Great Neighborhood Walmart with fresh produce and quality meats. The store is always well stocked, and it’s hard to beat their prices. It’s definitely the best place for groceries in Cape Coral. Convenient location and easy in-and-out shopping. Highly recommend for everyday food shopping.”
