“I actually owe Raynel an aplogy for getting frustrated due to technical issues that were not his fault. He was VERY helpful and did everything to ensure that I recieved the best discount to keep my monthly payment the lowest he can make it, he wasnt pushy which I greatly appreciated, listened to my needs and gave me fast service. I feel horrible after giving him a hard time bc the phone had some technocal issues but I was able to resolve it with Verizon and none of this was a fault of the sales associate. So I sincerly aplogize for my behavior and take full resposibliy for my actions. I plan on heading back into the store to give Raynel a gift catd and thank you note and really LOVE my new phone.
