I wanted to take a moment to recognize Victoria from the AT&T office for her outstanding service. I recently moved into a newly built house, and when I reached out to other providers like Xfinity, CenturyLink, and T-Mobile, they all said my address did not exist and refused to send anyone out.
Victoria stepped up and let me know about the one-week trial, assuring me it would meet my needs. I’m now on day two, working from home with no issues, and the device is handling multiple devices seamlessly.

“Closed my trunk lid of my car on my phone. It cracked the crystal. Half the screen was black could not use the phone. Went to Verizon. Marlon was the nice respectful young man that helped me. He did above and beyond pairing my new phone with my old phone I crunched lol. His experience showed when he new where to touch on my black screen . To be able to transfer information from old phone to new phone. Thank you Marlon. You are awesome 👌”

“I had a wonderful visit to Cricket Wireless in San Carlos Park, there was a variety of phones, which were the latest models of both Android and iOS. More importantly, the customer service with Carolina was personable and made a huge effort to make sure I was able to address my immediate needs. This was AWESOME because a phone is like a house key today, with access to banking, contacts, and opportunities. Thank you again, I am so happy to be a customer with Cricket.”

“I went into this location today because my phone was DEAD. Unfortunately neither of the well mannered young guys had seen my issue before. I was ready to purchase a new phone when one of the two amazingly got my phone to work again! They were more interested in my best interests, as I explained I was out of work, rather than sell me a phone I couldn't currently afford. Minor fix elsewhere for about $100 was suggested for now. Nice guys. I really appreciated their honesty and great customer service!”

“I was out of town, stopped in about 30 mins before they closed. The girl working was very polite and helpful. I explained my phone was having a service issue. She tested some things on the phone adn said its probably your Sim card is bad. It could be your phone but you'll have to buy a new Sim card and well try that. when she removed the old one she said wow I'm surprised your phone even worked . She explained why . And said oh yep it's the Sim card. She replace the card and in less than 10 mins I had my service working.she went into detail as to why and we were both laughing as to how old the card was. Best guess 8 year old card. And it made sense.Life saver as I was catching a flight in the morning . So a big thanks to her for getting my service up and going !!”
