“I actually owe Raynel an aplogy for getting frustrated due to technical issues that were not his fault. He was VERY helpful and did everything to ensure that I recieved the best discount to keep my monthly payment the lowest he can make it, he wasnt pushy which I greatly appreciated, listened to my needs and gave me fast service. I feel horrible after giving him a hard time bc the phone had some technocal issues but I was able to resolve it with Verizon and none of this was a fault of the sales associate. So I sincerly aplogize for my behavior and take full resposibliy for my actions. I plan on heading back into the store to give Raynel a gift catd and thank you note and really LOVE my new phone. THANK YOU RAYNEL”

“Noah worked with us today on a phone return for credit then with some settings on our phones that us older folks couldn’t figure out. He was excellent! Patient, professional and very understanding. Even when another customer interrupted him 2x rudely while he was working with us, he remained calm, cool and collected and always professional when anyone else would’ve become frustrated. “Went in for a service change from metro to T-Mobile. Rick was the one to help me and my fiancé out with amazing service. However metro wouldn’t give me my transfer number , it’s low key like FBI numbers or something because they ( metro ) would not give them to me. There was also Diana & I apologize i forget her name but all 3 were such a tremendous help. I loved the assistance, I love the customer service & the banality to keep me off the ledge after metros behavior. They deserve this 5 star review & more”

“I want to say that this is the best store in town, having Karen and Business rep. Dario, there the experience is great! They greet people with a huge smile, so friendly, making me feel comfortable. They LISTEN to my needs (don’t yell like others there) and they help me to solve any issues with my phones. One day, while waiting, I asked one question about phone chains to another member there and she did not even said a word, only directed me to the place where the phone chains are and did like “ they are here, in your face” as it was just right there and I missed it. Not friendly at all!! ? Sorry girl to disturb you! That is why When I come in I look for them ONLY, and, if they are not around I leave and come back when they are. I even call to ask first. Karen, when she hears me, has come from her lunch break to greet me and I even wait until she is done so she can help me. She is really special. Dario too. I have seen the treatment from others there and no, no. Only Karen and Dario. I will follow them where ever they go! That is one of the reasons I moved from the other company. They oriented me and all they said was honest. And fast and reliable. I am referring business to them all the time. Is Hard to find good and honest people now a days! Thanks Karen and Dario!!
