I have been their customer for 8+ years and they have always met and exceeded my expectations.I trust their advice, workmanship, experience, and product quality. I have had installed in our vehicles 3 dash cams, stereos, and numerous window tinting. I have also referred my neighbors’ who are delighted with the products and service.I have typically waited for my installations over the years. I often hear NEW customers passionately identifying the technical problems / needs caused by inferior workmanship by other installers. Ricky easily converses in either English or Spanish and calmly problem-solves offering technical solutions and / or product advice based on their needs and budget. Additionally, I often witness an EXISTING customer bring in a friend (new customer) singing the praises of this company. Everyone seems to leave the shop with an increased sense of calm, confidence, and a smile on their face.I recently purchased my first super car, a 2024 C8 Corvette. I did not hesitate to contact Ricky and his team and no one else. I needed a dash cam installed and window tinting. They nailed the installation with superior technical knowledge, installation expertise, and high-quality product. Admittedly, I could not watch the dash cam installation as team member Moises skillful disassembled /reassembled my interior completing the process promptly and efficiently. The team has earned my full trust. I was OK peeking through the door to look at the window tinting process and asked to take some pictures.When I arrived from back from lunch, Ricky apologized and requested that I wait a bit longer. He decided the front windshield tint was not perfect. He removed the tint and installed new material. Ricky insisted that adjustments be made to his perfectionist standard.
