“Diego is amazing! We came in unsure of what direction we need to take and he helped us get on track, while saving as much money as possible. We even had an hour lockout on our phone, and he was INCREDIBLY patient…even when I was not. What a guy. Highly recommend.”

“Ricky and Denise are the best kind of people to be acquainted with. They have constantly collaborated with our organization to help local people in the community gain employability skills (especially in the automotive profession). They are both extremely patient and provide guidance to our young adults. Not only is Ricky very knowledgeable, but he makes EACH and EVERY one of our clients feel like they are a part of the team.”

“Camila was amazing! She was very kind and had brilliant time management skills, she was by herself and was able to multi task like a champ and help everyone who came in while helping me set up my new phone at the same time. She was also very funny and easy to talk to which is always a breath of fresh air. I had a wonderful experience because of her!”

“A B. I just wanted to take this time to let the world know what a wonderful human being. This is she had no obligation to help you in a trying time and instead you did quite the opposite. She saved my entire day. Everyone must pay her a visit and conduct business through her she’s very fair And you can tell. She’s a loving person I will be conducting business with her, especially when it comes to my next phone plan 10 out of 10 if I could give it, but five stars will just have to do for now.”

“I had a great experience at Metro PCS. Kat was the representative who helped me, and she was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and resourceful. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service is hard to find, and Kat truly went above and beyond. I would definitely return to Metro PCS and highly recommend them to others especially if Kat is there to assist you!”

“There is no A/C working. They have a portable A/C in the corner. Very hot here in FLORIDA. not sure how long it been broken but thts unacceptable. Lines very long. They have 5 workers who seem comfortably incompetent. A customer had their dog on the phone counter I’m allergic to dogs but maybe it was a service animal I’m not too sure.”
