“Just want to give a shout out to Addison for being so welcoming and helpful as soon as we entered the store. Then just when we spent a good amount of time searching for an adapter for our power washer wand that broke (no luck) .. we bumped into T.J. as we were leaving, he asked if we found everything and we said we didn’t.. so he offered to help us look again and he found us not only the correct adapter but a brand new hose attached to it and saved us a ton of time and trips all over town trying to locate what we needed.. AND he saved us a few hundred dollars as well because we may have ended up having to replace the entire fairly new unit!

“This review is an edit to my previous post. After speaking with another person in the salon, they offered to have ne bring my dog in to trim his nails. I appreciate the follow up. I have continued to have my dog's service here and I'm happy with their work.
We've been bringing our dog for grooming for years to the Cape Coral location. The past few appointments they haven't trimmed his dew claws, finally decided that I would call the store back to see if i could bring him back in, they told me i would need to take them to the vet. I understand its a tricky area, but the reason the claws got too long to begin with is because the groomer neglected to do them at prior services. We won't be taking ours back. Make sure to check your dogs nails before leaving the salon.”
