“We put an inquiry out on a residential lots and Darian Jorden responded soon there after. This turned out to be a great partnership with him doing a lot of research and follow-up and various properties. We had particular house plans and finding the right lot and getting surveys was key.
He was enthusiastic and patient!! We closed just yesterday and will plan a celebration lunch in the next couple of weeks.
