“Easy to move in and out. We were visiting Cape Coral and Seth was able to help us out! We brought our boat down for vacation and let me tell you, Seth was able to get us a space for 1 week, moved us in on the spot so If you are in the need of a storage place at a reasonable rate call Seth The Man!!! Phenomenal customer service. Thank you!”

“I recently won a storage auction at CubeSmart #5343, and Melissa made the entire process incredibly smooth from start to finish. She was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful every step of the way - answering all my questions about pickup, payment, and cleanout requirements without any hassle. What really stood out was how patient and accommodating she was, making sure I understood exactly what was needed to get my deposit back. It's rare to find customer service this good these days, and Melissa is a huge asset to this location. If you're dealing with CubeSmart #5343, you're in great hands with Melissa. Highly recommend - thank you for everything!”

“This is the second time I’ve used CubeSmart Storage, and once again I had a great experience. The facility is very clean, the location is convenient, and the staff is friendly and professional. I stopped by on a Friday morning, and the entire rental process took less than 15 minutes. The clerk even walked us to the unit, explained how the access code works, and wrote the code on a business card for us. Everything was quick, organized, and professional. I’m very pleased with my experience and will definitely recommend CubeSmart Storage to my friends and colleagues.”

“Couldn’t get a better self storage place, ever! Highly recommend this particular location!! The site is always clean and maintained. Best rates and staff is top notch. Mary and Becky are always friendly, smiling and willing to help. If you need a small to large unit, A/C unit or a place for a toy they got it all! Easy access with two different entrances. I’ve had a unit here for years. Another plus, no lease required. Don’t forget a truck they have for you to move in. If you are needing extra space for your stuff, you won’t be disappointed with this place. Oh yeah, they even have a great selection of moving and storage supplies!! Huge thanks again to Mary and Becky!!”

“I've had my unit here for almost 2 years . The man that manages it.. he use to be ok. But I've been late a few times because my card got hacked. I've been making cash payments. But now I feel like he's not good with me no more. It's ok though I know alot is going on in everyone's lives right now. So I'll excuse it. All and all a great storage place and easy to rent and deal with.”
