She spent time calling multiple locations and was determined to find a solution, which she did. Along the way she was very kind and courteous, making sure we were taken care of even while she was out of office. Would highly recommend!”
“I had a really good experience with the manager named star she was very helpful and very kind and patient enjoy her very much. The only issue I had was I got a unit close to a door because I have a difficulty walking and the whole time I moved in it was broke down, but that wasn’t star‘s fault that was Maintenance issues and no one could figure out how to fix it. Beautiful facility very nice stays cool good lighting I would recommend this place”

“Rafael helped me with renting a parking spot. He made it so easy. He took me out to the facility to look at the available spots. He talked me through all my options. He showed me available rates on selecting a climate controlled unit for my personal storage as well. I definitely recommend SROA best rates around and Rafael is a great manager!!”
“I have used public storage several times over 30 years , and this by far has been my best experience . Staff is very accommodating and seem to really care about their customers . I chose the wrong size unit for a Golf Cart and they immediately tried finding one that would work . Normally they do not go the extra mile because of the paperwork . Greg , Kim , and Shannon have really been great to work with . When in Estero Florida I encourage you start with Storage Rentals of America !”

Only concerns space width are not well marked that could lead to encroachment issues when I remove and utilize my boat trailer. Automated security gate has been out of service since Hurricane Ian with no timetable for its return that compromises one layer of protection against theft and/or vandalism.”
