Each instructor explains everything very well, are super encouraging, and they give you a big bang for your workout buck. I have really enjoyed it. “I want to Jo Shae’s after hearing about it from a few different friends. I fell in love with the store! I went on Friday and Barbara was working; she was very helpful. I returned Saturday to pick up an item that I didn’t get on Friday, and met Lisa. Lisa was amazing with helping me put outfits together that I would’ve not thought of if it were not for her help. She was also honest and was not trying to sell me something for the fact of selling.

“Got my shoes here a few years ago and am planning to come back once I have more savings <3 the owner was soo so helpful and stayed with me as I tried on a bunch of the shoes. She was so patient with her suggestions and led to me getting the comfiest dance shoes I've had in my life (bloch my love). And I'm gonna be honest I had low expectations because I'm used to stores not having my size (very small) and was so pleasantly surprised with the WIDE selection they had! Also because one review mentioned some unfriendliness cause they were asian? Im also asian and had no issues whatsoever.”

“Customer service and satisfaction is above and beyond what the Fort Myers on Daniels strives to serve. I am a frequent customer. Today i entered and was greeted by an unfamiliar staff member who was checking out a customer. I requested a bra fitting and she graciously said that her colleague (Barb) would be right out as she was helping fit another customer. No worries. Barb, came out who has successfully fitted a few of my friends and let me know she would be with me shortly. Please understand that the FM Daniels location only had two on staff for the buy 3 for $99. Once Barb and I confirmed on my size, fitting and style which was spot on I approached the register to my dismay a customer insinuated I butted in line. I apologized and offered her my spot (knowing she was not in the store when I arrived) She then insinuated that one of the staff members was to blame for the problem. I then continued in a loud enough voice that the two ladies in the store were doing the best they could do and were doing a phenomenal job with a store full of people with only two employees and one working register. The lady stated that I didn’t know her history with the one staff member and I proceeded to state that the staff member she was accusing was a fabulous employee and has done a phenomenal job each and every time I’ve been in the store and I recommended if she was not satisfied with this store she should go to another as the Daniels location services all their customers. She continued to try to attack the employee and I told her the conversation was done. She continued and then I repeated that this conversation was not open for further conversation. She stopped conversing. I will always stand up for employees who are doing their job. Amy Hopperstad”
