“Great store. Hubby ended up buying a cool chipper. The gentleman who assisted him was very friendly. Large selection of clothing -- men and women. I was looking for some outfits and the most helpful lady, Leese (sp?), assisted me. Purchased several pieces. Only reason not 5 stars is that even on sale, many of the pieces were still quite high. Manufacturers set prices high, but the sale prices could have been a little more generous.”

“I have been a Chico shopper for years. And NEVER have I had the customer service that I got today. I am terrible with names but the two ladies were over the top amazing! One lady searched for my passport account number, no luck but she refused to give up and called the corporate. Account number found. The other lady was loading up the dressing room with clothes that I had in my hands and she added more for me. I felt so special. I felt so wanted. I felt like I was the only one in there even though I was not. I walked out $600 dollars later with clothes that I would have never chosen but love! I need more hangers now :) Thank you Chicos. The ladies that worked today (06/07/22) 12noon are an asset to Chicos and all the customers. I will be back soon, next week!!!!!!”

“Super kind and friendly owner! My daughter had a terrible experience in Sarasota so we decided to try the Dancing Shoe in Ft Myers. SO MUCH BETTER! It was around 15 minutes to get fitted compared to 45-hour in Sarasota. The service in Ft Myers was kind, welcoming, and put my daughter at ease. They also had her shoes in stock (had to wait 3 weeks for the delivery of the other pair from Sarasota that ended up not even fitting!)At the Dancing Shoe, she found the right fit with the first pair she brought out! My husband took a stack of business cards and my daughter already gave them out at her dance studio- her ballet instructor was so happy to have a better place to recommend! She had so much poor feedback and personal treatment was lacking in Sarasota. (she was sending them so much business too!)This place in Ft Myers has been in business for many years- don’t let a long car ride there stop you from going! So worth it!!!”

I was given instructions by the instructor and right next to her so I knew what I needed to do. Class is 50 minutes long and wow I my body was burning. “So many simply lovely items! Even in my larger size, there were many beautiful choices. I was met at the door by a wonderfully sweet woman, who served as my stylist for my visit! I travel in an electric wheelchair, which can make perusing the racks in a smaller shop (smaller than typical Goodwill, lol) a little challenging. She not only found me the perfect cardigan, which had been my purpose for shopping,but showed me through the shop's rooms. She picked out a couple of items that I normally would never have taken a second look at, but having gotten a sense of my style, thought would look good. I tried all on, and was amazed at how much I loved those "unusual" choices, on me.In addition, the store's support for a very important need, assisting survivors of sex trafficking, will make this a new GO TO place to shop! I will likely be clearing my own closet, and THIS will be where I will donate!A wonderful place!”

“I kept seeing ads for White House Black Market on Instagram. I decided to stop in because I was in the area. This a lovely shop with friendly, helpful associates. The store has a boutique feel despite being a chain. The staff helped me find the right fit for a pair of jeans that may be the softest denim I have owned. I typically think of Chico's brands as being geared towards older ladies (aged 50+), but I was pleasantly surprised that many styles appealed to me, a woman in my 30s. The store also stocks nice accessories.”
