They always have products in stock, more varieties, & a welcoming atmosphere. 163rd Dollar Tree is always out of stock unfortunately. This Dollar Tree, is thriving. Love it here”

“This Dollar Tree is the best one in the area. Everything is usually organized so well and clean. The staff are always very friendly here. They have a good assortment of stuff at this location and is perfect for me when I need something quick or a small portion of something. They recently added the $3 and $5 section so be weary of that as everything in the store isn't $1.25 anymore. The only gripe with this store is they sell out of things so fast and a lot of times when I come in the shelves are empty. Not their fault but wished they got trucks more often.”

“The best place to find your organization and holiday decorating needs at an affordable price ($1.25). You could literally spend hours perusing the isles for new products and new ideas. There is also a food isle. All the employees are nice and try to help move along the lines at a quicker pace! Love this place, and I can't wait to go back.”

“It was a quick in and out process even though there was an older gentleman who was clearly had covid phobia, he had a plastic covering his debit card so he wouldn't touch the machine and the same bag he was using to use the pen, OMG and of course I had to patiently wait for him to go through this process a few times before his card would read because he refuse to make his hand or fingers come in contact with the machine. ? The cashier was very patient also, bless when he left we both looked at each like, yeah that! ??”

“First of all the manager was awesome! I found the store to be very organized and well stocked. I was searching for the Christmas plates with the Holly and red trim, I stopped in and asked the manager when they were expecting the dishes and he told me that night a truck was expected, to come back the next day. I did and as promised they were there. I had been to other Dollar trees and they always said I don’t know.. very nice store”

“This is my local Dollar Tree. I shop here frequently. There's usually only one cash register open. Depending on the manager that's working, they will open a second if the line gets too long. But, the employees are all very nice people. I would have given 5 stars except for the one manager that can never be bothered to open a second register regardless of how long the line is. Maybe she doesn't know how to scan the items. Lol. But she's a super sweet lady.”

“The best store I have ever visited! I needed a flower arrangement and I had no idea where to start besides that it was for my sick friend and I wasn't feeling well at all. Debra and Bonie immediately helped me with absolutely everything: from the sand to the base, the glass vase, the flowers AND THEY CREATED IT FOR ME IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE!!! They were not only extremely professional and courteous: they showed true empathy for the client by seeing their needs. I don't think I've ever felt so well treated and assisted in a store. So if at any time you need a professional flower shop, with excellent service, at an unbeatable price and with a thousand other products, do not hesitate to come to this store: highly recommended! The shelves, though not perfect, were obviously attended to regularly. It was the STAFF who blew me away. Amber, the shift manager, went above and beyond to help me. someone should give her a raise! “A large, relatively recent facility (August 2019) that is kept clean, well stocked and organized. What more could you ask for from a Dollar Tree? Also a fun place to pick up stocking stuffers, party favors and miscellaneous treats and goodies. Only don't expect to find everything for just 1$. Inflation has hit and now a significant amount of items are 1.25$. Still a good deal. Def Recommend.”

“Corporate must finally be listening to our complaints because manager Sharmita is nothing short of a Godsend. She is so approachable & understanding of an inconvenience to her customers (that is if you address her like a human instead of an enraged animal of course). Unfortunately there are still other Family Dollar employees who are unpleasant & make the customers feel as if they're a burden whenever we request their assistance. However, I believe having a team leader like Ms. Sharmita will help improve the employee customer dynamic if her employees choose to view her as an exemplary role model.Thank you Sharmita for always assisting me as well as others with respect & understanding... even when you have a significant amount of inventory to unbox & distribute. BTW the one star reserved is for some of the other employees who has a lot of room for improvement within themselves.”
