“Walking into Chris Torres immediately greeted me with a warm welcome, but today was truly special. I accompanied my daughter, who was feeling sad and embarrassed after recently undergoing surgery. The entire staff showered her with affection and attention. Everyone spoke to her, and they all went out of their way to make her feel noticed. Her happiness was infectious, and she kept a smile on her face throughout the day. She even went outside to join her sister for a game, something she hadn’t wanted to do in months. I’m incredibly grateful for this experience and pleased with the exceptional express service and support I received from this bank. As a loyal customer since 2011, I’m truly impressed.”
“I am so impressed by this branch! I just opened a business account here in March, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences every time I come into the branch. Everyone that works there is so kind and helpful. Today I happened to walk in as several branch members were comforting a woman who scammers were trying to target on her personal phone. She was obviously shaken up, and at least 4 employees took the time to come over to her and offer her support and reassurance. It was so nice to see!
