“I had such a wonderful experience at this pawn store it was my first time ever trying to sell an item, and I was honestly a little nervous walking in. But the woman and man who helped me were absolutely phenomenal. They were incredibly understanding and patient, taking the time to walk me through the process without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed.
The lady was also from NY so she made me feel comfortable. Their energy was so positive and welcoming, and I truly felt like they cared about making sure I was comfortable and informed. VICTORIA JEWELERS is the ONLY place I will buy my jewelry from now. No pushy sales people. No pressure. Gorgeous and clean setting. Professional, kind and knowledgeable staff. I went in today with a question and walked out with this stunning 14K Rose Gold 18 inch adjustable paperclip necklace! It’s solid, feels strong, obviously good quality. It shines bright and has the most beautiful warm tone because of the rose gold. I love how versatile it is. I can wear it layered with other necklaces as seen in the pictures, or I can wear it alone. Either way it’s gorgeous and a piece I see using daily for a lifetime. Since it’s adjustable I can wear at full length of 18 inches or I can shorten to a choker, or any other length in between which is awesome when you’re styling different looks! Hillary helped us and we love her! This necklace wasn’t even on the floor. They had beautiful yellow gold versions in the cases, and I asked her if it was possible to order in rose gold. She smiled and mentioned that she might have one in the vault! She was right! I tried it on and fell in love. She even provided an official appraisal immediately so that we could insure it right away. I have never been to a jewelry store like this. I’ve always felt like I’ve been taken advantage of whenever I’ve purchased jewelry in the past. I didn’t know what it felt like to be able to buy jewelry and feel like a fair exchange took place. This is why VICTORIA JEWELERS has my business now and will continue to so long as I am blessed enough to be able to be a customer. When I realized what’s happening, I am already in airport and couldn’t go back to pick it up. I called the store and they were so nice. They apologized and offered to send the necklace to me. A little bit of backstory my mom gave me her ring that once belonged to my grandma. And we wanted to use the diamonds that were on there for it. We went to like 3 different jewelers. Everyone we spoke to said that it would cost $3-4,000 just to remove the diamonds and more to make a custom ring. Also they would not guarantee they wouldn’t break the diamonds. Then we tried one last place, HT design jeweler, and he made everything so much easier and was so kind. He charged such a wonderful price for two new rings with the diamond from my engagement ring and my grandmas. He also made the ring exactly how I wanted! So we are so so so emotional bc now my mom and my grandma are with me always!!”
