“As a first time home buyer all I can say is Eric Putt and his team is the Absolute BEST! I've heard so many horror stories about the home buying process and how stressful, draining and nerve racking it can be. This was NOT our experience! The hardest part was filling out the initial stuff out online and that wasn't even difficult. I called Eric on Dec 7th and we closed on Dec 29th! When I made that very 1st call to Eric, I told him I was clueless about the process but we found a home we want to buy and he took the wheel. His first question was how much money can we comfortably put down without over extending ourselves and he NEVER ONCE ASKED FOR MORE, he actually got us under that number! He guided us step by step, he even explained things that is normally the done by a real estate agent. This was a private sale and no agent was involved! Eric referred us to a real estate attorney, recommend a few different home inspectors and everyone he put us in contact with was amazing! Waterstone even sent us multiple quotes for home owners insurance. We knew what was going on as it happened...everyone kept in contact with us daily and their communication was top notch. This was the easiest buying process EVER! Even the sellers couldn't believe how easy and smooth the sale went.No one believed us when we said we were closing at the end of the month. Well, WE DID!
