“Josh Meitin was awesome! He helped my son find work pants, jeans, shorts, a shirt and underwear. The store only had one pair of work pants that were in my son’s size and he helped us order another pair for him. He made my son feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was on a time crunch to get my Figs scrubs embroidered and after calling around, other places told me I had to purchase scrubs directly from them in order to have them embroidered. “I had a great experience at The Loft on 5/28/25. Fabiola helped me narrow down my favorite pieces because I liked *everything* I tried on. I had a specific budget and she advised me on what I would get the most use out of versus what I didn’t need (like a sweater in June in Florida!) The other associate was also great- helping me in the fitting room. Their summer line is beautiful. I love this location.”

She also helped me put together a second outfit—?nice pants and blouse combo that was both unique and flattering. I felt completely taken care of, like I had a personal stylist who truly cared about making me feel confident and beautiful.
While trying on additional outfits, I met Tasha, who was equally lovely and welcoming. Her warmth added to what was already the most amazing shopping experience I’ve ever had.
I left the store not only with stunning outfits, but with a full heart. WHBM Winter Park has earned a lifelong customer in me.

Ryan was working today and she was an absolute sweetheart. Rick and Andre were so patient and knowledgeable while I went back and forth between sizes, told me what was trending for my upcoming trip to Europe, and ordered what I wanted when they didn't have my size in store. They were personable and attentive to me and all the other customers who came in. I appreciate these guys so much and will absolutely be back to this store for future purchases.”
