“What a great venue for many different types of events ! Weddings -Dance Events you name it. Great dance floor - great air conditioning- great sound system ! The location is great also with ample parking for all your guests. We were very impressed on our tour of this venue. Allan”
“I've been here many times & they often book great bands. It's a small place, overcrowded that leaves the pit too condensed. Bathrooms are small, so that wait can be a bummer. Besides that shit, I love it”

Playground: You can come with your children comfortably.
Toilets: Toilet is free and clean.
Dog-friendliness: You can walk your dogs with their leashes. There are also plastic bags in some places.”

“What a beautiful venue. We were worried about the weather but they had a contingency plan all worked out. Fortunately we didn't need it as it all cleared. So many comments from our guests about the hidden gem for an event. We had 100+ people and plenty of space. We will be using them again!!”

“My husband and I had our wedding at the Capen House on April 13, and all I can say is WOW this is an absolutely perfect venue!! From the moment we had our first tour, we fell in love with this venue and knew it would be the perfect place for our intimate wedding. We received so many compliments from our family and friends about how stunning the grounds were and just how beautiful the overall space was. In addition to the beauty of this venue, they have an unbelievable team working behind the scenes to make sure every event runs seamlessly. Lucy, who manages the venue and oversees the catering staff on site, is truly amazing to work with. She is attentive, organized, and makes sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. “I had my wedding here Sept 18, 2025 at the lake destiny location with about 67 guests in attendance. Christian was who I was working with and he was very helpful. He always had an answer for a question I had. The venue is gorgeous. Their packages are affordable, and helps you take the guess work out the planning process. They took care of the food, decorations, and flowers (including the wedding party). The ceremony space is upstairs and reception space downstairs. This location doesn't have an elevator. The food was good and they have various decor options and will even create a new idea from existing ones. Everything flowed smoothly. My guests are still raving about every and floored with how everything turned out. The day exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them! Thank you for an unforgettable wedding.”

“This is a great place to bowl. Reasonably priced. Plenty of seating. They offer some food options and also have a bar. Expect to wait about 30 min on the weekends to get a lane, if you don't have a reservation. If you go during the week, you should get one right away. The kids had chicken tenders and fries and liked them. They also had fresh, warm cookies, which were delicious. The staff is very helpful and the blond lady, who I believe is one of the managers, was great both times we went. We will be back.”
“Longwood team was great! This was a destination wedding. We spoke over the phone twice, the staff took the time to send me pictures of what they thought my vision was per our conversation. The finish product was exactly what I was my vision! Everything was so beautiful! I highly recommend. They are very responsive, economical and easy to work with.”
“Small gallery in downtown featuring art from local artists. It's free to get in to and has a variety of pieces from several artists. If it wasn't free to enter, I probably would not have gone because it is pretty small. However the art was great to look at.”

“We had a ladies lunch here today. There was 8 of us and it was my first time. I’ve been to about six tea rooms and this was my favorite. The food was plentiful, tasty fresh and I took home all my sweets! I tried two teas and loved them both! The two gals that served us did a great job getting our teas and explaining all the food on our tea plates. I can’t say enough about our special experience today. Well done to the team today!! The only negative is there is no bathroom.”

I had seen many pictures of this venue when I was looking for a place to host my daughter’s baby shower but they did not do them justice. The decor setup was so beautiful!!! The staff is so caring and helpful. I could go on and on about what a wonderful experience we had but I won’t.
