I've had to take my cat in twice, including once for an overnight observation stay, and this place is amazing. Everyone cares so much, and are warm and friendly, which is much needed when dealing with a sick pet. They always pick up the phone right away and never got annoyed at me calling regularly to check on my cat.

The vet examined my cat on the floor versus the table, which was smart and increased my cat's comfort. They also actually gave her a cardboard box when they saw she was hiding in her litter box!! For cat owners, you know how huge of a deal that was to help soothe my nervous girl's anxiety. The fact that they keep those on hand and knew to do that meant the world to me.

They clearly explained everything to me on discharge and they're fairly priced also. Definitely bringing my baby back here in an emergency. Everyone is just amazing here.”
