Living at URBANA it’s like you’re living in a luxury resort. This community is made up by a diverse group of people of all races and for the most part we all get along we even help each other. As a matter of fact about a week ago my car could not start and about 12 minutes my neighbor who lives in the other building drove up and offer his help get my car started…he was on his way to work by helping me he was late i offered to write his boss a note Jim only smiled and drove on to work, the staff management are doing an amazing job. They always there to help people with their request.

“I have been living here for almost a year now and this apartment complex never disappoints. The amenities we get are very nice and everyone at the front office is so kind and make sure our concerns are taken care of. Especially Luis from Maintenance who shows up right away to any work order and takes care of them in minutes and I never have to worry about any other issues after that. What a great guy who definitely makes living here feel great knowing any problems that due occur will be fixed right away”
“Nariyah, from the very beginning has been my go to for any questions I have about the Parks. She always helps me with answers that I need to know. Even if I asked the question once before. She has a ready smile and is always willing to help me. She is kind. I almost feel more like friends than manager and leasee. I am sad to leave because of all the help I’ve received at the parks from managers to Maintenance. They have all been so kind to me.

Jorge and the rest of the maintenance team were always attentive and helpful whenever we needed anything, and Monica was amazing as well. She was always supportive, communicative, and made everything feel easy.
We recently moved out because we purchased a home, and Monica kindly helped us with the lease transfer to the new tenants, which made the process so much smoother.

Keysa is amazing. She is kind, responsible, and very attentive to her work, always responding to my emails with respect, courtesy, and a sense of urgency. Both she and Amy Sanchez did everything possible to make my move happen, but due to some personal circumstances, I wasn’t able to complete the process.
The place is beautiful and cozy, and the professional service they provide is truly a plus. I felt very supported throughout the process and will definitely stay in touch with them in the future when I’m ready to move. I highly recommend working with Keysa and her team!”

“I have lived at this complex since 2018 and my time has come to an end. I will say I absolutely loved being here! I was in build 4 and not only was the area quiet, but the staff was so friendly. Amanda always took good care of my Husband and I anytime we had any issues. The leasing office always had smiles, answered our questions promptly and did fun little parties for their residents. The maintenance crew answered our calls immediately and resolved our issues in a timely manner. Carlos is wonderful. I truly hope whoever lives in my unit next builds a little home the same way I did. I will miss this place.”

My story is that I was looking for a new place and I remembered that a friend of mine who lives here recommended The Oaks on the Lake to me so decided to call them and I spoke to a lovely person Payton and told her my story and she invited me to come and see an apartment and Eugene gave me the tour!
I absolutely fell in love with the place, the views are breathtaking and Eugene was so outstanding. He listened with a caring ear of my situation and worked hard to get me moved in asap.
I got to meet the entire staff from the office to the maintenance to the ground keeper all are simply amazing people and they really care about their tenants!
The most important thing is that I feel safe living here!

“This is a beautiful property, they have a great size pool and I love to swim so for me that's very important. My first impression was amazing the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Will who is apparently the maintenance supervisor for the condos, so he wasn't even one of the members of the leasing or team but he still took the time to greet me and he walked me to the assistant property manager's office, and that's where I met Ameshia. She was extremely nice and welcoming and very knowledgeable about the property and Will even participate in some of the conversation as well. Informed me about some work that was being done right outside of the property and how that might create a little bit of inconvenience for the residents but how that was communicated and how he had done an assessment prior to the work beginning so that he could be well-informed of the length that the water would be shut off and things of that nature so you could tell that both of them truly take their job seriously and they do it with care and attention. It doesn't matter how great a property looks if you don't have the right team overseeing it. But Ameshia and Will are definitely amazing ambassadors to this property.
