I appreciated Anna assisting me with my hair test as she didn't take much from just one spot. She was very kind, courteous, and respectful. She also made sure I was aware of the whole process, what she was doing with the testing, explained the process thoroughly and made the experience seamless It was difficult to find the location but the experience was better than even going to a Quest or Labcorp. I would highly recommend.”

“After researching all the Urgent Care facilities in greater Orlando (and surrounding area), and I'll be honest...I was surprised that almost every urgent care facility had low ratings and some pretty BAD reviews! (even ones with multiple locations)This was the only one that had lots and lots of great reviews! After having gone there yesterday for the first time...I now see WHY they have so many great reviews. I went there due to my having had a bad "slip and fall" and was in a lot of pain! The facility has a HUGE, tall sign (about 60ft. high that you can see from several blocks away) and it's easy to find.The actual building is and property is very modern and professional looking and clean outside as well. The first thing I noticed as I walked in is...it is immaculately clean, and despite being in a busy area it is very quiet inside! The front desk staff were professional and friendly. As soon as I filled out the paperwork (which wasn't too much) I got a text immediately and letting me know how long my wait time would be and how many patients ahead of me. (and they keep you updated via text). Despite my having went there on a Friday early evening, I didn't wait too long; I think about 40-min. after I checked in. (A LOT shorter wait than any E.R.!)The doctor was fantastic! She did not rush, she listened, and had a nice professional manner about her!I was pleasantly surprised how pleasant my entire visit/experience was. This was my very first time coming there. I don't plan on nor looking forward to needing any urgent care ever again...but in the event I ever do, I will DEFINITELY come here again, and I would recommend this place to anyone.THANK YOU to the owners of this facility, and especially the Doctor and the entire staff! You were terrific and came through when I was in pain and needed some help, kindness, and professionalism!UPDATE!!! I am on vacation, in pain and almost out of the medication (the female doctor who saw me) prescribed.I phoned this clinic to inquire if I could get the doctor to give me a refill. The female answered the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE, IMPOLITE, CONDESCENDING and UNPROFESSIONAL in speaking to me!!!I will NEVER come here again! I am helping this business and all the employees to stay employed, and yet you want to speak with me like a *itch on the phone?!!! Really?!!!!This is how and why businesses LOSE business and go OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!To whoever reads this...BEWARE!!!”

“Upon arrival I was greeted by two young females, one that explained me how to register online. After that I just waited 10 minutes Ana was called by a very nice and friendly nurse. After vitals the P.A. Thomas checked me and took care of me very gentle. This is a great place to go for your medical needs and I give the 10 Stars for the kind of service I received in this place.”

“Lady on the phone was nice and was quick to point out that they do not take blood samples for labs here. My insurance company had them (and this address) listed as a provider for getting labs drawn but this is incorrect. This is only a pathology reporting center.”

“Edited to 5 stars because the experience at the location could not have gone better. Check in staff was great and phlebotomist was exceptional!Original (pre experience):Phone number doesn’t work. No hours listed. Called the hospital operator twice. First time connected me to the actual lab techs office who didn’t know the hours of operation (I honestly didn’t expect them to, these are the lab technicians, not the phlebotomists). Second call transferred me to an unmanned guest services desk. Website say’s appointments can be made online. Negative. MyChar says appointments can be made in app. Also negative.I’ll be happy to change my review after actually using services but the appointment and information process is broken.”

“Here in Orlando on vacation. Been wrestling some upper respiratory issues.. coughing, runny nose, etc.. saw this clinic while going to dinner at Giordano's and decided it was time to get checked out. I was seen as soon as I walked in the door. Not soon after I was already speaking with a doctor discussing my issues. He checked me out and recommended a shot and some other meds and I was back to dinner in no time. That's all the pros.. only con is the $100 consultation fee and they don't accept insurance.. the shot was $80 but it was all worth it in my opinion. Now hopefully I can enjoy my vacation!”

Patricia was so patient and kind and calmed my son down. She really is good at her job because the kids say it didn’t even hurt! My son even invited her to Universal with us after. “I always have a great experience with Quest on Turkey Lake Road. I checked in 15 minutes before my appointment & was call 6 minutes later. I was literally out before my appointment time. Amazing. I wish I had gotten his name. He was EXCELENT, very proffesional, very thorough, ready & organized. Place was super clean, friendly staff too. He explained each step he was about to do the entire time I was there. Such an in & out easy process. I only had contact with the self service check-in kiosk & the person who drew my blood. Thats it! I would never change this place. They have a huge Television in the waiting area. 10☆'s if I could give them one. The entire trip there, get checked in, get blood work done & get back home only took 40 minutes total. Keep up the great work. Amazing!!! ?”
