“It was my first time there and they were so lovely! My dogs are seniors and they were so gentle with them, thankfully. I would take them to PetSmart grooming for years and every time they came back their anal glands would be irritated and their skin too. I moved and wanted to try a new place and the good reviews and how close it is to my house drew me to this place. I’ll definitely be taking my babies here from now on! The cute bandanas and the little jewel on my dog were by far the cutest and really topped off the best groom they’ve ever gotten. Thank you!”

And, with their pet hospital right there in the store you can get your pet checked up, get his shots, and address any other concerns and needs.Another commendable feature is the adoption center within the store. “Excellent grooming services! I took my puppy to another Petsmart and they butchered her hair. It looked so bad. I came over to this Petsmart and asked for help and they were able to fix her up for free! She looks beautiful now. They were so accommodating, especially the Grooming General Manager. She cut my puppy’s hair and offered us an appointment on the spot. Don’t go to another Petsmart, go to this one!”

“Dog Grooming- By Gabbi The groomer, Gabbi was amazing. She listened to how I wanted my Goldendoodle cut and the final product was exactly what I expected. My doodle Murphy had a few spots of matting and I asked Gabbi to cut them out but leave the rest so she still looked cute. I think it was a huge success and I highly recommend her for grooming. Last year at this time I was crying when I picked Murphy up from a closer location. Worth my 40 minute drive.”

“Pros: Last minute appt availability. (scheduled day before). Receptionist I dealt with was very sweet. And the vets handled my cat with care, compassion and were super informative. They were upfront with pricing and there were no bait and switch tactics. Cons: Upon checkout, during a shift change, I couldn't help but notice the staff member coming off of break looking like she'd rather be anywhere else but at work. Weird vibes for sure especially when they are a customer facing position. She must be the one everyone's complaining about. As a manager myself, YOUR manager should be ashamed of keeping such people in their team. Especially after months of complaints.”
