The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. The customer service was truly extraordinary. Everyone took the time to explain procedures clearly and made both my dog and me feel welcomed, supported, and at ease from the very beginning.
Dr. Bayer is absolutely fantastic. He is incredibly knowledgeable, confident, and compassionate. He was not at all intimidated by my Shar-Pei, approached my dog with calm assurance, and demonstrated a deep understanding of the breed and its common medical concerns. His expertise was immediately evident, and I felt complete trust in his care.
The pricing was more than reasonable. After being quoted nearly $4,000 elsewhere for the same services, Hunters Creek Animal Hospital provided an estimate of around $800, which was transparent and fair. What truly stood out was that Dr. Bayer personally called me during my dog’s procedure to provide an update and to ensure I was comfortable moving forward with everything outlined in the estimate. That level of communication, respect, and professionalism is rare.
Overall, this practice is friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I felt heard, respected, and confident every step of the way.
I highly recommend Hunters Creek Animal Hospital,especially Dr. Bayer, to anyone looking for outstanding veterinary care. This is truly a wonderful place to bring your pet.”

“Got male & female kitten neutered/spayed here each separately. Workers are polite and tell you everything regarding after-care. They let you know exactly what you’re paying for ahead of time and makes the process go by faster if you pay online. Just come there early to get in the line. Overall a great experience and price!!
Had to keep them separately in different rooms to avoid any stitching coming un-done, but would allow them to see each-other during feeding time which helped since the other cat didn’t like the other one’s scent that went to the vet first. Now they’re back to normal cuddling and playing, and they’re safely healed.”

“Every single person at this veterinary clinic was just amazing. I had to make the unfortunate decision of putting my baby of 15 years down. Everyone was delicate, sensitive, understanding and supportive. I had an appointment and came in crying to a lobby full of people and fur babies. The receptionist immediately knew who I was and what I was in for since I had called the day before and she took me into a room right away so we can have privacy. She didn’t make me wait to get checked in. Even the way she spoke was so gentle because she knew this wasn’t an easy thing. The vet tech who helped after was so sweet and patient. We weren’t rushed. They didn’t force the payment down our throats at the wrong time. And they gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. I want to thank you all so much. Dr. Phillips is amazing and she is so lucky to have the staff she does. Because of you all, my baby had a nice send off before finally resting in peace. We also asked for her to be cremated and have her ashes back and the presentation of what we got back made my heart so full. Forever in my heart and forever with me. “Dr Finnel is one of the most caring experienced and honest Veterinary in the Orlando area! . We travel 25 minutes to go see him. Our fur babies passed and present have been patient of Dr. Finnell for 20+ years. We recently had a scare with our fur legged granddaughter and we called and the front desk receptionist Emily? so sorry I am terrible with remembering names. I was crying hysterical and I know she could hardly understand me, but she got me calm and reassured me that she would get me in immediately to see Dr. Finnell and said a prayer for us. She is always giving us coupons for items we need to purchase. When we arrived Dr. Finnell after asking us a couple questions and examining her knew exactly what was going on. He did bloodwork and a urinalysis to make sure what he suspected. Doesn’t try to do anything to make more money like some other veterinarians out there from what I have seen and been told. Our sons have fur babies and travel also to Dr. Finnell. We highly recommend him and are thankful for his continued expertise and loving care to our Fur Babies. All the other Veterinarians Vet Techs and Office staff are amazing also.”

“The pet healthcare team at Banfield Davenport is INCREDIBLE! After my recent pet's rabies vaccine, our dog had a severe reaction to the shot. We rushed him back, and Banfield personnel (Dr Morales, Ashley, Caitlyn, and one other person) stayed after hours to treat and care for our beloved dog. They literally saved his life. We are grateful and appreciative to this amazing team!

“I had to bring my dog to them as an emergency because our regular vet was close. I searched for places around the area and they were the only one that were open at 6pm.
Right away the staff helped us out. I explained the situation to the doctor and he immediately ask for some test (something that her regular doctor never did) the test came out fine thank God, but she has an infection.
The doctor took the time to explain to everything, and how to give her the medicines. He answered all my questions and understood that I was scare and nervous. After that the staff repeated the instructions for the medicine.
Loved everything about this place! Comparing my regular vet with them I'm deciding to stay here and bring my baby for her regular checkups.

“If it's one thing for sure and two things for certain... Crystal Creek Animal Hospital is definitely it! Everything from beginning to the end. I felt so comfortable. Of course just like any pet parent my first call I was frantic.. the lady who answered the call (I wish I knew her name to include) made me feel as if I didn't need to stress.. she was able to schedule me in for a 1st visit on the same day as the call... Once I arrived (late) they were able to get me in and my son (dog) examined without hesitation. I was then paired with one of who I thought was a very knowledgeable tech (Tae) who not only showed the definition of professionalism and compassion but he was also very understanding. Everyone was understanding.!!. I walked into the hospital feeling unsure and uneasy... Then about 45 minutes to an hour later I walked out with a smile. I had Dr.S... also Dr.Vergil... who showed that they were veterinarians for all the right reasons. I saw as a patient that they had a passion for the animals under their care. I didn't feel at one second that they just wanted my money. I felt they saw I was a concerned parent... Big thanks to the entire front staff for the warm welcome.
