This is our first time in a long time becoming dog owners so it was important to be able to get help if we needed it. The staff was knowledgeable about the different products and offered advice on the pet which products they thought were best for us.They offer professional groomers on-site which makes it convenient to shop while your pet is getting his grooming done. And, with their pet hospital right there in the store you can get your pet checked up, get his shots, and address any other concerns and needs.Another commendable feature is the adoption center within the store. They partner with local animal shelters to facilitate pet adoptions to find these pets a loving home.Whether you're looking for supplies, advice, or a new furry friend, PetSmart is worth a visit.”

“The absolute best clinic we have brought our baby girl to. Kim (TECH) is an angel. Super informative, thoughtful and caring. Dr.Laxton was also an angel! She was extremely educated and truly cared for our baby. The front desk girls were super friendly and helpful. When looking for a veterinarian/office this is exactly what you would want for your babies. We are 100% coming back when need be so our puppy girl is taken care. “We have three pets, a sheep, a Labradoodle, and a Chihuahua. We goes to tractor supply in Haines City for all their needs. This store have everything that you can imagine, especially for animal services and farm life, etc.. the staff are very friendly, kind and helpful but the best person I dealt with is the manager Joseph. He went back and beyond to help me. I was surprisingly amazed by his services because he went beyond my expectation. I always shopped at this store and will continue to do so, I highly recommend store #514.”

“I’m so happy to have found Wolf Gang Bakery & Grooming. Summer is the absolute BEST! She does exactly what you ask for. It only takes an hour and a half and the prices are reasonable. They offer everything from teeth brushing to cleaning or expressing the “bottom” gland. They even do facial massage and spa treatments for your fur baby if you want. I couldn’t be more satisfied and my girlie loves it! Oh…I can’t forget the bakery… if you can think of it, they have it! Look no further! One stop shop right here. ♥️?”
