My husband and I had to ship a very expensive piece of equipment to another state. Patrick and Jhaden, literally spent well over an hour with us (while still assisting others) to help us ship our package, that would have been extremely costly due to the way it needed to be packaged.
They went WAY above and beyond measuring and working with us in trying to come up with the best solution to ship our package in order to save us as much money as possible, without compromising the integrity of the package. Patrick was very honest in how he felt comfortable or uncomfortable in the way he needed to package it to make sure it got to its destination in tact.

“The team today on February 2 2026 was insanely helpful & happy to go above & beyond for my odd shipment of antiques. They could have rolled their eyes at me & reluctantly packed my mess up that I rolled in with, but instead they carefully wrapped each piece & put thought into what box would be the most affordable/efficient. There was a line of people & the team worked so well together to get each customer what they needed. It was so refreshing to see & experience. “The staff were great, however it's an absolute b to find if you end up on the wrong side of the resort...
Find the Sports Bar first and go to the 2nd floor - the FedEx is across the way from there.
The self parking garage allows you 30 minutes free parking to run your errand, and if you got lost like I did you need every minute of it ?”
“What incredible customer service. My company was at a tradeshow and they assisted me in getting my materials handling paid for before it arrived then when it left, they helped me track it and sent me confirmations long after they closed. They even reached out to me directly with confirmations. I am blown away big call out to LISA and the entire crew at store #2887!!!”

Our print work with this store over the last year has been extensive: signs, booklets, posters, a series of 10x10ft banners on metal frames, feather flags, pull up banners, a variety of marketing items, invitations, mail-out items etc. - We’ve literally done so much work with this store and couldn’t be happier.
Any issues that have arisen(my fault or theirs) this store has QUICKLY remedied and been so so kind.
