“We did a resort pass, so this comes from that. The property was clean, lots of space to lounge, the wave pool, the lazy river and hot tubs were nice. We wanted to do the golfing and explore the property more, but ended up just relaxing pool side and have drinks and enjoy the pools.”

“This hotel is very close to the Disney parks (10 min drive to Epcot), has clean facilities, nice amenities, and is a good value for those hoping to save on their big trip. I was pleasantly surprised with the overall cleanliness, and the fact that our rooms were cleaned daily with towels changed, usually by 2pm, which not all hotels do anymore post-Covid. The bed in our suite was comfortable, the A/C was cold but a bit loud, so we set the temp up a bit at night so it didn't cycle as frequently. My child slept well on the bunk bed. Refrigerator worked well. Breakfast was well-stocked and had lots of options with Mickey waffles, oatmeal and yogurt bar, bagels and toast, two fresh fruit options, scrambled eggs and toppings, a meat like bacon or sausage, and another side like hash or grits. The pool was very clear and a good temperature, hot tub was nice as well. Lots of chairs, and wit the pool surrounded by the hotel, there was lots of shade to sit in as well.The elevators were slow but not obnoxiously so. My only qualm: if you are hoping to rope-drop at the parks or just pop over to Disney Springs, you need to either get a ride share or rent a car. The free shuttle leaves at the time of park opening (9am and 10am) and has maybe 3 options for when it returns, and you need to make your shuttle reservations 24 hrs in advance. We ended up renting a car at the last minute because we wanted more flexibility. Very nice staff, we had a very good experience, and we would stay here again if we came back anytime soon.”
