“We had a reservation and specifically requested a booth, as well as noted that we were celebrating a birthday. We understand that booth seating can't always be guaranteed, but when we arrived, there were several booths available and we were instead seated at a small corner table that could have easily been given to a walk-in guest. No one acknowledged our seating request or even mentioned the birthday. We weren't expecting a complimentary dessert or cake—a simple “Happy Birthday” would have been enough. It honestly felt like our reservation notes were never read. If special requests aren't reviewed, what's the point of asking guests to include them when making a reservation?”

“About $20 per child which is low compare to other children places. If you're Florida resident then you'll get better discounted deals like on Monday's it's half off and Tuesdays it's 2 for 1.My son's been going to this place since 2023. He loves it. They have a section for kids 3 years and younger, climbing nets, slides, arcades, bounce houses, private party rooms. Restrooms are pretty clean. Eating areas is clean and big. Menu is good: pizza, chips, pretzels, snacks, ice cream and drinks. parking is about 8 dollars for 2 hours.”

Everybody was so kind and professional and went out of their way to help - even something as small as Ronaldo getting one door for me while I was moving my luggage then running ahead to get the next one. They were also able to acciónate last minute when all of our travel plans were disrupted by a weather event at home. I was so impressed!”

“Comfy bed. Loose dog in the hallway lunged at me and almost gave me a heart attack. Breakfast was busy and tables were dirty. Universal shuttle didn’t run in the afternoon. Getting to universal from here is a slog even though it’s “nearest”. I guess there’s no good way to get to universal from anywhere.”
