“I am a platinum elite HI Reward member from Canada and travel extensively on business with Holiday Inn. As such, I've stayed at a vast number HI properties over the years. My family had the wonderful pleasure (perhaps even privelege?) of staying at Holiday Inn Oralndo SW - Celebration Area last month (February 2024). The front-desk employees are outstanding and by far the most friendly, helpful and caring service staff I have ever experienced. They truly go way out of their way (impresively more so than any other front-desk service I've received including numerous 5-star facilities) to take exceptionally good care of their guests. This is particularly true of Ms. Victoria L. who demonstrated genuine compassion and exemplary service regarding an important (specialized personal neck pillow) I inadvertanly forgot in our hotel room.Despite numerous technical difficulties and unforseen international-shipping complications with courier & postal services, she personally went to exceptional length and effort to ensure the irreplacable item was successfully returned to us. Victoria understood and empathized with our unfortunate predicament and personally arranged USPS delivery on her end. Clearly not required of her, well above and beyond normal front-desk service of most other hotels. Victoria did it anyway, just to personally ensure we were taken good care of from beginning to end. Now that's impressive.Thank you Holiday Inn Orlando SW (Celebration Area) and a very special thank you to Victora L. for her absolutely exceptional compassion, care and personalized service beyond any normal expectation. She sets the gold standard for hotel service and professionalism. “I highly recommend staying at Gaylord Palms . This is the third location we stayed at. Beautiful hotel , a spacious king size room , friendly staff. The breakfast buffet at Villa de Flora was delicious.”

“Tried a new place for bowling. This location is kind of hidden towards the back so if you don't pay attention you might miss the entrance. We liked the vibes of this bowling place and we played a total of 3 games since we did their special of buying 2 games and getting one for $5. We spent about 2 hrs playing and had so much fun. We didn't eat buy will have to try their food when we come back. Bring a sweater though it's cold in there!”

“I recently had my winter Wonderland theme baby shower at Chandelier Ballroom! It was amazing .. Thaisha & daisy are such sweet hearts. I texted Thaisha many times over the months asking questions about the venue and she answered quickly. The venue is perfect size for any occasion. Love love love the Vault bar.”

“Some of the fairways were a little short on grass, however the tee boxes and greens were in good shape. The price was good for Florida inthe winter. The staff was very friendly.”

“Very challenging golf course. Lots of water. The greens on the front nine have a lot of bad spots. The fairways are better than its sister course, Remington cc. Cost was ok.”

“Great location and the overall golf course is well maintained. The staff wore masks and was very friendly. Downside when I got there was if you wanted your own cart aka not share, you had to pay an additional $5. Seems like a way to get a few bucks for the course. I did it anyways because as much as I like playing golf, I'm horrible lol. The boxes were in okay condition, not the best but definitely not the worst. The fairways were nice and an overall nice course with a lot of dogleg left holes which were great as I slice that way anyways. The greens were fast and well maintained. Overall a decent course that I would play again.”
“The food was good, and the service was great. We had the roasted vegetable sandwich and the Caprese sandwich, two vegetarian choices, and both were quite tasty. We would come again.”
