“Caliber Collision did repairs on my vehicle after it was rear-ended on I-4. They communicated very well and provided expectations of what work was needed and when it would be completed. They met or beat every expectation.
When I picked up the car, they had buffed out some paint scratches from two other incidents where the car was hit.
Alex was fantastic. She explained how one part of the damage appeared cosmetic but they would get a better look at it. Turns out that it was cosmetic and an easy fix.
I would recommend them to anyone. They did a great job at a fair price (insurance picked up the cost but Caliber did honest work) and communicated throughout.”

“Look i’ve been chasing balance issues with my tires for about 8k miles and it felt so nice to finally
find a place that knew what they were doing. After this experience I’m gonna be bringing my jeep to get regeared again with them since the prior shop didn’t set the pinion depth correctly so my axles whine.
They’re busy and have to book in advance with them but damn it was worth it(busy is a great problem to have). No longer do my tires shimmy at 55-65mph and it’s riding much smoother than before. Very affordable as well so that was. avery pleasant surprise.”

“I could not be any happier with my car and the whole repair process. Not only was the entire process a breeze, Teri was absolutely amazing!! She kept me updated the entire time, and went out of her way to work with me for any and everything I needed. There were multiple times I had questions/concerns and she got back to me very fast and never made me feel like I was bothering her! So happy and will be recommending her and this location to everyone. Also the manager Anthony is great too! He took his time to help me with something that wasn't even including in my estimate without me even asking him!”
“Elijah and Jordon saved my day! My battery died, my regular mechanic was backed up, and my AC went out all in the same 24 hours. Went to O’Reilly’s to have them replace the battery. Figured once it was in, the AC would kick on again. It didn’t, I went back and Elijah and Jordon answered all of my questions and went to look and see if it was a fuse. Elijah confirmed it was actually the alternator belt that broke off (I drive way too much) from being cracked in many places. Luckily they had it in stock and Elijah and Jordon were kind enough to put the new belt in for me, which is not part of their normal job. The store was about to close and they took the time to help me get what I needed so I could have AC again without also screwing up my new battery since my alternator was totally non-functional! Grateful they had the time and the experience to help me, I’m a customer for life now thanks to those two gentleman!”

“Very helpful with questions and concerns. Only took 3.5 days to get done when I was originally told 8. They tried to quicken the process as much as possible for me since I let them know I’m unable to rent a car and will be without one while they are working on it. They were very straightforward and informative on what they were gonna do to my car and answered any questions I had. Out of the 3 places i went to get an estimate from, this was the cheapest option as well. My car looked good as new after I got it back from them. Strongly recommend! Pictures show before and after.”

We weren't expecting it to be in such bad shape but he worked on it for 30 minutes in Florida heat. He is a great addition to your company . The staff was very professional and Isaiah Amador was wonderful helping me deal with my insurance company. “This is an exceptional store. They go above and beyond to service people. I was en route to the highway and realized I had a flat tire, it was quite severe so I turned into Autozone. First of all, I'm so grateful that they are open late! I asked them for help and even though they do not offer that service, Bryan, was gracious enough to help me change my flat to the spare. Then my spare was flat! But not to worry, Bryan came to the rescue again and had a portable inflator so he was able to inflate my tire. So amazing! He didn't have to do any of this, yet he did! I had to wait until the next day to get my tire fixed because no other auto store was open. But Bryan took such great care of me that I was safely able to take my car in to replace the flat tire.”
“Stopped in today to get a couple of batteries for my key fobs for the car. And Jordan bent over backwards to help me. I didn't even know how to open the fob and my husband and I both have looked at it extensively. And he popped it right open and explained the steps. He made it look so easy. It's great to finally have good customer service at a store again. After covid it seems like the world's turned upside down and a lot of times they act like you should be happy they're there to serve you. That was definitely not the case today.
