I cannot express how grateful I am to everyone here for being so patient and understanding. From the front end staff to the doctors. Dr. Jackson called me prior to the surgery and explained every step. Answered all my questions. They even found something else that needed to be taken care of and called to ask if I wanted it all done at the same time.The Dr. called me after to let me know everything went well. It was super comforting because most places have a tech call.The next day Dr. Morales called me to check on my baby. She was so sweet and caring. Everyone was just beyond amazing. A special shout out to Debbie. She made me laugh so much and is one of the main reasons I’m switching vets.”

“I haven’t wrote a review because I lost my German shepherd a year ago, he passed away in the back seat of my car as I was literally parked and waiting to unfortunately putting my dog down because cancer took over, this staff and Doctor were so compassionate that I never witnessed such caring people in my life in a vets office. A good family friend of ours use to work there and she referred me to bring my dog as my other veterinarian clinic did not take my dog as he was about to pass over the rainbow bridge, because they didn’t have an opening after going there for 10yrs… I was so upset and beside myself. Thank goodness I was referred to Dr.Griffith, he is definitely the best Vet in Seminole county Florida by far and I will be coming here for now on with all my other animals.. R.I.P Brock mommy misses you so much. :( and thank you to the staff at this place cause they are wonderful!!”

“No one loves my dog more than me but the folks at Town and Country are right behind me. From the moment we walk in, were treated to friendly faces, professional integrity and genuine care. It's not a huge, corporate run facility where me and my pet are just another number. I feel very welcome when we come in. My dogs and I have been clients/patients at Town and Country for 30+ years. “I had to take my fur baby to a vet and mine was not available immediately. I searched and found this establishment and was able to be fitted in first thing in the morning. I cannot express how amazing the techs, reception, and Dr. LaKeisha are! They explained everything to me in the step by step treatment plan created for my dog. They explained how the medications would work and answered any questions that I had without hesitation or aggravation. I highly, highly recommend them. The pricing to take my dog in to see them on the first visit was very reasonable and I will definitely bring him back and any future animals I may have!”

“I was so impressed with the warmth and friendliness of the staff and the Vet. This was my first time there. I needed an appointment quickly because the vet clinic I used the day before got a positive result on my Puppy's heartworm test. I was instructed by Proheart, the manufacturer of the preventive medicine he's been on for over five years, to go to a vet and have them do a full blown LAB test to verify that he does not have heartworm. So for me, timeliness was important. They saw me same day and their follow-up was absolutely perfect. They called, texted and emailed the results as soon as they came in and coordinated the follow-up with the case opened by Proheart manufacturer, Zoetis.They spent a lot of time with me and put me at ease. And they have won me over as the new vet for my Puppy. I can't thank them enough for their kindness.”

“My daughters and I drove from Winter Garden to take a look at a rescue cat up for adoption. Candy's Cats Rescue has an area within the store that showcases cats that are in need of a forever home. The staff at Pet Supermarket step in and do an incredible job assisting with the process. They were so sweet and obviously love animals. Their participation elevated and personalized the experience. Once my daughter decided to go ahead with the adoption a staff member helped us collect all of the items that she needed to purchase for the new addition to the family. The store was well stocked with many variations to choose from. It was clean and organized.”
“The VET is a real caring Vet and they are so wonderful in the office. Will do everything for my baby. I have a 17 year old Peekapoo and she is blind and deaf. I will only have her see the Vets here. If you are in FL please take some time to go visit. I used to thing Banfield was the best wow was I blind. I give this Vet practice 5 stars!”
