“I took my cat to Shaffer Animal Hospital for a general check up. I had no wait time, I was brought into a room as soon as I walked through the door. I had not worked with Dr Whitt and her assistant previously and found them kind, knowledgeable, caring and personable. They did not try to push anything on me or rush me. They listened to my concerns and the latest history of my cat. I hope I don't have to go back anytime soon obviously. I do reccommend this office especially Dr Whitt. Also, Brittney was a huge help in scheduling my appointment. I must also say that I have worked with Shaffer Animal Hospital for 40yrs beginning when they were on East Colonial Dr.”

“I have a 16 year old female Pitbull and was looking for a more natural way of healing, so glad I made this phone call. My Vet after 43 years retired and we started calling around and just didn't like what we were hearing. I have to say Sia is moving and acting 10 years younger. Added a few natural herbs and vitamins, tweaked her diet a little. Blood work came back great. Kind , friendly staff, very informative and more important, they listen to you. So glad I called!”

“I have been taking my cat to this vet for the last 2 years since I got her. The front desk staff is friendly and quick to check you in. The vet techs are polite, patient and very knowledgeable. My cat doesn’t like the vet and gets very shy when I bring her there, but they are always so good and gentle with her.. I recommend this vet to everyone!”

She does not enjoy grooming at home and they are doing everything they can to help her get more comfortable with it. “Staff are excellent! I have a rescue dog and have visited 3 or 4 groomers in the Oviedo area for a shampoo and primarily nail trim. My JR mix is very difficult when it comes to his nails and always turned away regarding the nail trim. Broadway staff informed me sedation may be required but they would try without first. I wasn't crazy about sedation but accepted that may be the answer. They put on a muzzle (understandable because he quickly growled), the vet held him while an assistant trimmed his nails. Quickly, and minimal stress for my dog:-). I was thrilled! Extremely caring and their experience clearly evident. Totally impressed! Most recent visit was my elderly cat for flea treatment, exam and boarding for the day. Vet and staff were wonderful, treated her like a queen (as she is)! Again, extremely impressed, vet and entire staff are kind, caring, professional and personable. Prices are very reasonable, definitely recommend!”

“My daughters and I drove from Winter Garden to take a look at a rescue cat up for adoption. Candy's Cats Rescue has an area within the store that showcases cats that are in need of a forever home. The staff at Pet Supermarket step in and do an incredible job assisting with the process. They were so sweet and obviously love animals. Their participation elevated and personalized the experience. Once my daughter decided to go ahead with the adoption a staff member helped us collect all of the items that she needed to purchase for the new addition to the family. The store was well stocked with many variations to choose from. It was clean and organized.”

“Brittany groomed my Australian Shepard and she did a phenomenal job. My dog can be a little anxious and worrisome and Brittany is so patient and kind with her. She cleaned up her wispys and deshedded her really well while still maintaining the Aussie look. I HIGHLY recommend any pup or kitty owner with Brittany! Petsmart is lucky to have Brittany ! :) Thank you!!! I would also like to recommend Sam in the fish department. She saw me looking at all the fish and asked me if I needed any help. I told her about my current aquarium set up and she gave me a good run down of the type of fish that would be best for my tank, what heater I would need for my larger tank, and she also recommended what filter I would need. She was so kind to share all this knowledge! Thank you!”
