“Just before Christmas I broke down in Jasper Florida at 4:30am. The AAA truck showed up at 9:30am.
My membership covered me for 100 miles to Reddick Florida.
A little north of Ocala and I was out of services and still needed to go about 130 miles to get home to Saint Petersburg. I was not able to afford the $900 tow so I canceled the service call.
A very nice Tow Truck pulled up with an older gentleman named Brian and I explained I was not able to afford the tow and I had canceled an hour earlier.
He was very polite and understanding. The owner of the company called me up and asked me if I was a triple AAA driver. I answered yes I am. I don’t know how he did it, but the owner managed to get me a 100 mile credit and told me we are going to get you home. I had a very nice conversation with the Driver. I even tried to give him a $50 tip which he kindly refused. A quality company with quality employees. Truck was clean and comfortable. I am greatly indebted to these two gentlemen, the owner and the driver that got me home safely. Thank you very much.”
