I've been with BOA for many years and the last two times I've tried get someting done at this branch it was not a positive experience. Would like a call from the manager.

I opened an account and it is about 27 days and i did not get my debit card yet where it is the most important thing for me right now..i dont know how will i pay bills....so lengthy.
