“I was having difficulty sending a wire transfer at a car lot and the customer service number tried to help me the best they could but couldn't due to security reasons in which I was EXTREAMLY frustrated with but I understand why and hopefully BoA's security works FOR me not against me in the future. I ultimately had to go to this location for assistance and it felt like 70 years because I was on a tight time schedule with travel but ultimately it was probably 4 minutes. Tammy took care of all my issues and noticed that my phone was dying when working with the app and provided me with a charger. I could not have concluded my business and meet my timeline today without her help. Thank you Tammy.”
“Friendly helpful staff greeted me at the front door. Convenient ATMs inside and drive thru. In case anyone is wondering, you can get up to $800 at the drive up ATM, inside (past the first ATM) there is a freestanding ATM that you can take up to $3000. You may have to use you cellphone to verify it is you. The staff is near by to assist in case you have issues. Fast and convenient!”
