While others have attempted at regions to fix my problem. Had no idea she was the bank manager. I assumed I would have to set an appointment to try to discuss this. She picked up the Slack in customers. Was able to fix my problem. Set me up with another account. And simplified my banking experience that I've been fighting with for a year and a half.
