“Had a great experience with Alamo at PIE airport. Stone was super helpful, and we were pleasantly surprised by the space for four adults and two children in the Hyundai palisade. The captains chairs made it really easy to load the kids into the very back while the four adults sat in the front two rows.”

This location was down unexpectedly on a Saturday and I desperately needed a car for a medical emergency with my father and she waited around at the other location after closing for me to make it in and had everything already arranged for me and was very compassionate about my situation. This is the way the service industry used to be. Grace is a tremendous asset to Enterprise and a throwback to the old days when people mattered over profit.”

“A convenient airport to fly in and out of. We have experienced some delays here. It's a smaller airport but only four miles from our summer home. This makes it very convenient. They have a couple of car rental places in the terminal and they are always offering upgrades, which is nice. It's a direct flight from where we live in Rockford Illinois. I like that. There isn't a huge line for security check. They do have a restaurant upstairs but I've rarely seen it open for business. The gift shop is rarely open when I've been there. There was a storm going on last time we were there to pick up a friend and they circled the airport for over an hour waiting to land due to lightning. It was a little frustrating for my friend as well as us however, safety comes first!”

“I been renting a car for 26 weeks and Heather Rounseville have been magnificent . I can not stress enough how professional and welcoming she is. Everyone at the largo location are excellent. Even with the overload of customers they have, they respond to your call in a timely fashion.

“Leo the manager here was a life saver. I rented a van from the downtown Clearwater location and had multiple problems with it, the biggest problem being an expired tag that would have caused problems on my trip. The location I rented it from absolutely refused to help in any way. I pulled up to this airport location and Leo took care of things immediately and followed through with fixing everything. Next time I'll be picking up from this location!”
