“I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I’ve never used CarMax before and I have an aging relative that needed his car sold. I have POA authorization. CarMax gave me an online quote based on my answers to questions. When I had AAA tow the working car to CarMax. They evaluated it and after signing paperwork as the POA for him they handed me a check for the online quote. I had the title, registration and POA paperwork in hand.
I highly recommend CarMax if you need to sell your car quickly and don’t have time for handling phone calls and test drives to sell it privately.”
