Spent 2 years at Cortland Bayside. Starting from the staff we always felt welcomed and always kinda greeted. Maintenance crew was on point every time. This place is a great environment and highly recommend.

I toured these apartments! They are honestly breathtaking! From the gym to pool you have an amazing view of the ocean and the city. The apartments themselves are beautiful with a lot of natural light. 10 out 10 highly recommend!

Porter was my maintenance guy today and he was quick and efficient with his work. We had some door hinge issues and Porter came in and was bubbly and fixed all our doors within 15 minutes. I hope he’s our guy every time we have any maintenance issues! Thank you for helping us, Porter!!
