I lived at the Apex for almost four years, then had to leave to take care of some family matters. When I returned, I rented again at the Apex. Having a great manager, like Todd, who genuinely cares about the tenants, is one of the reasons people stay at the Apex. I have had nothing but a great experience living here and the apartment is fully renovated and has a lake view ??. Annlyn the assistant community manager is beyond friendly. She is always willing to go above and beyond to help out anyone no matter what the situation is. She displays superb hospitality and excellent customer service skills. Moving back here has been the best decision I have made and I’m so thankful for her. The entire staff is amazing and anytime I place a request for maintenance the staff is at my door with 24 hours, talk about amazing service and courteous as well. “Diana was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She had answers to questions I didn’t even think to ask, as well as every question I did ask. The entire process was smooth, quick, and efficient. The tour of the property and available units felt natural and never awkward or like a hard sell.
