“I have been renting apartments in Clearwater for 13 years and have dealt with many management teams. No matter how nice a place may be, people will leave if the management is terrible. I lived at the Apex for almost four years, then had to leave to take care of some family matters. When I returned, I rented again at the Apex. Having a great manager, like Todd, who genuinely cares about the tenants, is one of the reasons people stay at the Apex. I got a few friends to rent at the Apex, and when I came back, they were all still here. Anastasia is a key component as well, especially since we have a large Russian/Ukrainian community.”

“Where to begin...Great location for our 22 yo daughter who has never lived outside of home in Michigan before. Security is wonderful, neighbors were so helpful, amenities are unreal! Car wash bay, massage chairs for your post workout relaxation, tanning bed, rooftop terrace for gatherings, gorgeous zero entry pool with cabanas and very tastefully decorated clubhouse with coffee bar and full kitchen for events. Monthly events for residents, key fob for the gates, ample parking, beautiful grounds and super helpful and caring staff. Couldn't ask for more!”

I have had nothing but a great experience living here and the apartment is fully renovated and has a lake view ??. Annlyn the assistant community manager is beyond friendly. She is always willing to go above and beyond to help out anyone no matter what the situation is. She displays superb hospitality and excellent customer service skills. Moving back here has been the best decision I have made and I’m so thankful for her. The entire staff is amazing and anytime I place a request for maintenance the staff is at my door with 24 hours, talk about amazing service and courteous as well. Anyone looking for a new home come on out and let Annlyn and the staff show you why Four Lakes is the best place to live.”
