Oakbrook Village Apartments is a dog-friendly community with a great location and beautifully kept grounds. The staff is super friendly, very family orientated, and wonderful. Management is described as amazing, with the experience noted as the best when renting from anywhere. The leasing office answers all questions in a timely manner and is very helpful and kind. Specific staff members are highlighted for being a godsend, very nice, and sweet, getting personal and really caring for resident opinions while doing whatever possible to accommodate them. Maintenance is efficient, with issues addressed on the same day and homes left the same way they were found. The apartments themselves are among the best, with units described as spotless upon moving in. Walls have fresh coats of paint, making them very neat looking and put together, and carpets are well managed with no stains. The process of moving in is seamless and as fast as possible. The community is noted for being a positive and easy living environment.

I recently moved in Oak Brook and Jamie made everything so easy for me. she helped me find the perfect apartment , she showed different apartments for me and gave me many options and did it in a reasonable time being that I had a tight schedule she is the sweetest <3

Wonderful place to live. I highly recommend. Great staff, maintenance gets done right away, everyone is friendly and helpful, & plenty room for a small family. Very up kept and great place to live.
