He gave me great advice, well taught me how to take care of it with ease and no hassle. “Went in today to have my cell phone screen repaired only to find out my protective cover was cracked and the glass was fine. Bought a new case and screen protector and will go to this location anytime I need service or something for my cell phone needs. Jon was fantastic and was very courteous. “Excellent work, everything I take to be repaired is done with perfect perfection, I won’t go anywhere else this place is number one to me. Talking about loving your job I took my boss GT pro to be repaired. Got it back about two weeks later and I was still having trouble with it so I took it back. He worked on it again. There was no charge, I still had trouble with it so I was going to give up and he saw me out to dinner With my wife and stopped and asked how the unit was going. I told him it wasn’t working he told me to bring it in, this time he kept it. for about four weeks and called me and told me it was ready. I tried to pay him for all this trouble, but he said no I insisted, and he still said no. Now the unit is working like brand new, so I stopped back by to say, what did you do, he pretty much rebuild 80% of the unit just so I would have it working, I am so happy with it thank you so much, High Energy.”

“I have come into this location twice now and both times have left very satisfied. The store manager, Alon (I hope I’m spelling that right) is really good at explaining what is being fixed on my products. As someone who doesn’t understand the logistics behind technology very well, it is super helpful. They will also give you a call to keep you updated on the status of your repair if it is taking longer than expected, which is very appreciated so you are not waiting wondering what’s happening with your stuff. Highly recommend this location!!!”
