“Went in today to have my cell phone screen repaired only to find out my protective cover was cracked and the glass was fine. Bought a new case and screen protector and will go to this location anytime I need service or something for my cell phone needs. Jon was fantastic and was very courteous. “Excellent work, everything I take to be repaired is done with perfect perfection, I won’t go anywhere else this place is number one to me. Talking about loving your job I took my boss GT pro to be repaired. Got it back about two weeks later and I was still having trouble with it so I took it back. He worked on it again. There was no charge, I still had trouble with it so I was going to give up and he saw me out to dinner With my wife and stopped and asked how the unit was going. I told him it wasn’t working he told me to bring it in, this time he kept it. for about four weeks and called me and told me it was ready. I tried to pay him for all this trouble, but he said no I insisted, and he still said no. Now the unit is working like brand new, so I stopped back by to say, what did you do, he pretty much rebuild 80% of the unit just so I would have it working, I am so happy with it thank you so much, High Energy.”

He called me back and ask me the model of my Panasonic and it was determined that it was a plasma set and would be costly to repair and take time to get the parts. He saved me the cost of $45 And I greatly appreciate his honesty and would recommend him to others.”
